Staff were very friendly. Hotel was well located. Room was very smart, clean and comfortable. However, there was no hot water in the shower so we had to have cold showers in the morning! Also breakfast was not a good experience. No cups, no eggs, coffee was not good and everything felt very disorganised, even though it wasn’t busy!

This Hotel is Not a Place to have a good sleep… wich is a big Problem for a Hôtel n’y definition. Very pour Sound insulation between rooms and the corridor also…

The staff on reception and at the bar were fantastic but the room was a disappointment. Room was dirty and poorly equipped; hair & dust all over bathroom floor, tiny paper cups that only held 2 sips of tea/coffee, ancient TV without smart functionality so unable to access to apps such as Netflix etc, uncomfortable hard bed with only one pillow provided for 2 of us! When we asked for extra 1 was provided but I’d have thought it’s pretty standard to expect 2 each! For a room that cost over $165 (without breakfast) expect much better.
