overall the stay was really good but some of the things might have been better. Room cleaning wasn't perfect -- some days we hadn't had vanity kit refilled as well as mini bar. Concierge service was good overall but some of our requests (like bathroom stool for child or light double blanket) were ignored with no additional comments. Among that, everything was great, food and drinks were delicious and we enjoyed our stay

The only thing that our family confused about is the time of closing pools and sea. 16:45 was too early for us. But in total, everything else was on highly level.

My stay at Rixos was very good but unfortunately I expected more.. let’s talk about the pros and cons Pros: very good architecture, well maintained facilities, top quality food and drinks offered at the main buffet and bars. most of the staff are extremely helpful and always serving you with a smile specially chef Ragab and mohamed, mahmoud at the main buffet Cons: - unfortunately From the first moment I didn’t get the feeling that my requests represented any form of priority to the staff .. starting with Dina at the guest relations were we started by reserving the a la carte restaurants saying that we can’t book for the same day and that there are no available restaurants for the next day either ( all fully booked )!! .. I had to ask her does that mean everything is fully booked today as well and then she checks and tells me that there is an availability at the Asian restaurant ( the thing is that I had to guide her wasn’t nice it made me feel that they aren’t trying to offer the best they had ) .. again for the next day we decided to check again and for our surprise there was an availability at the italian and the mangal restaurants although she stated that there weren’t any!! .. we reserved at the mangal at 9 pm only to go there on time to find them refusing to let us and another family in because they don’t have our names on the reservation list!!!! this was really unprofessional seeing everything going on .. the employee asking the chef to let us in because it’s the guest relations mistake .. the turkish chef ( I guess his name was sergan ) shouting and saying that he won’t let anyone in!!! .. then my husband refused to leave as the main buffet closes at 9:30 and at that time it was already 9:15 .. then after a few calls between the chef and the guest relations representative he decided to allow us and the other family in !! but honestly the whole situation was very disappointing.. on the other hand though we had a very good experience later on with the amazing staff ( waiters and chefs ) inside specially chef Ragab that made up our night after we were very frustrated. - Food at the a la carte restaurants can be better - staff needs to be more aware of the hotel facilities as three times we asked questions and got wrong replies ( about different locations or the difference between the pools and so on ) To sum it up our stay was really good but honestly it lacks the luxurious touch ( which they promote themselves as )

I really enjoyed my stay but I want to highlight the below : - why should i wait for every chef to come and give me food.. i know its a preventive actions due to Covid19 but not in this way.. it took alot of time and caused crowd. - a la carte restaurants reservation is impossible and thats disappointing although those restaurants seen empty from guests .. we were a big group .. not all of us were able to make it .. only few for once In the end thank you very much

We came for tow nights and stayed tow more, Comfy room, high level of stuff and service , Turkish restaurant fantastic , Main dining room above expectations. Even though its not cheap its absolutely gives the value for the money. The French restaurant was very very bad. Each meal was more dissapointing then the other, and please cheak the fuea gra cause it was a joke, if it was a real restaurant outside i would be really pissed. The service was like they do me a favor, i needed to ask them everytime to clear the table and i had other pepole garbage on my table that the waitress forgot there for the last 30 min.. The music in the pool next to the auditorium made the windows jump like bzzzz for hours , but next time ill know to ask for diffrent place. The room service was below expectations. Ordered the biggest breakfast and got egg ( not even a proper omlet) instead off egges benedict, no caviar , no turkish pastrys and poor busket of regular ones, The humburger was poor as well.. Eccording to the food of th e hotel itself i expected more. The sales pepole are far way too pushy, And there are too many of them they just keep coming.. Few things that were not bad ( except the french restaurant) - just not in the standart the hotel is pulling. Rixos premium is by far the best hotel in sharm el shikh.

Premium experience things to highlight and keep doing: great gardening with variety of flowers and nicely cut bushes/trees, golf car buses availability, beach and pool waiters service, exclusive sports. To improve: Philadelphia sushi rolls absence at Asia restaurant (thats like #1 sold roll in Ukraine), evening shows start time too late and talent quality is low (COVID impact understandable).

All good except the very loud music by the pool anf theater. Speakers should be adjusted in order not to reach the rooms. This is a family reaort by the end of the day and kods sleep early. Hotel staff refused to book in any of the specialized restaurants as we were we 6 couples all traveling together which was not understandable at all and very frustrating.

too many mosquitoes in the room which really distracts when u sleep. Suggest you to kill them before you will check in people.
