Very beautiful & picturesque. Staff was not as hospitable as I expected. Food at Tho Quang restaurant was fairly delicious. We booked our dinner via ivivu. We had been waiting for dessert for like half an hour before I asked the waiter. But the guy just cusorily replied oh its being prepared. Another 10mins and I litterally asked if icecream and fruits are actually available in your kitchen. Then few mins later he came back telling me that because we booked via ivivu so we only got fruits. I really mean one scoop of icecream is not that big, but the way you discriminate between guests are ridiculous and quite a stupid move. But fine, I still politely said ok to the waiter, then he brought us both fruits & icecream and told us: “Icecream is not included in your set but the kitchen has already prepared. if it is not brought to you then I will have to put them in the trash, so here it is icecream for you guys.” I was speechless at the time that was just so absurd. I’m kinda shocked how such a good hotel chain treats their customers this way. I wouldnt care about paying 100k vnd extra for a scoop of icecream but need to be respected by your staff.

Good place to take a rest for 2-3 days

It took long time to check-in and the receptionist seemed too tired to have an appropriate conversation and gesture with clients. I think they need desks at the check-in counter to be sat whenever there is no customer in front of them. The resort is a peaceful place for resting except for cost for meals were exorbitant.

Me and my girlfriend's stay was pretty amazing. I was mesmerized with the captivating sceneries and warm welcome of the staffs. The room service was satisfying, I was surprised with the free dessert thou. 2 mini brownies, that melts in my tongue. The only downfall for me is the breakfast buffet, a bit average for a 5* hotel. Nevertheless the facilities, views, uniqueness and staffs are what 5* hotel represents for.

Yen tu legacy has a great location. The atmosphere is really nice and clean. I love the feeling of Essential Oil at the check-in area. But I think the check-in procedure need to be improve. Guests have to wait for long time to get in the room and to check-out also. Food is really nice! Many places for taking a great photo in here.

Good experience from the sales process until the check out. Nice property but need to maintain the air conditioning better. Also the cut off of electricity few times was not so delightful Staffs were a bonus. Ms Trinh from FO provide a perfect service

I regretted not to book an extra night to experience Yen Tu Legacy more. I love quite policy here, attitude of staffs, high quality of shampoo - shower gel- moisturized cream. 2 big mirrors & 1 make up mirror are perfect for 2-3 female using at the same time. Various ood at buffet restaurant & a la carte are delicious Last but not least, high quality mattress and smooth fabric of cover sheet & blanket made me sleep very well. Thank you for using high quality items in superior room. I love pressure of water in bathroom Minus point is there is no door in WC of superior room, which made me feel a little cold after close hot water. Another minus point is room is a little dark, which made me a litte hard to find items for packing luggage. Conditioner was not as smooth as I expected

The quality of the staff service need to be improved. It was rather poor in this time of our coming back (we stayed here 3 times) and it was not up to standards of Accor brands I stay worldwide. In particularly, staff in the restaurant was very inexperienced and the service teams didn't co-ordinate well and inform each other well. In other brands such as Hyatt, JW Marriott where I stay they can provide a list of simple necessities you can ask for if you find yourself in need, such as mouthwash, napkins, etc. Here there is none, and you have to purchase from hotel staff, as they explained this is not provided by hotel (even provided with charge). I quite like Legacy Yen Tu, Sofitel brand and all those brands by Accor. Please let the hotel manager call me and I will explain in more details.

The hotel is decorated nicely, many spot to take pictures. Room is spacius. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. But there are some downsides. First, wooden windows door have a wide gap between them so sunlight comes in from 5am, cannot sleep. Air conditioner is really weak due to room high ceiling, it takes a long time to cool down the room. The Vietnamese food in Thien Quan Restaurant is not good, Western food is better but not worth a 5 star hotel restaurant.

The hotel is visually striking but the setting and food at the restaurant are the only positive things about this place. The staff are clearly untrained, disinterested in actually helping guests, rude, and lied multiple times to my colleagues and I during our stay. We were so disappointed with our stay as we had high expectations given the Accor brand and Legacy yen tu's reputation.

I have a warm welcome from all the staffs (bellboy, FO, and waiter...) They all are very friendly and keep asking if I need their help. Just one minus point, the wifi in room got problem on last day I stayed and I called the receptionist, however it took so long to fix. On the other hand, when checking out, the receptionist asked me to wait (there were crowd there) but he didn't notice me it was done until I came back again to ask about the update. Me and I mom had to wait for 20mins without notice.
