Thankful that front desk upgraded my room and it was possible to early checked in. I satisfied about his professional services. I felt so comfortable while I stay. I was surprised for the detail of room interior. The breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately I could not use lounge even I’m the platinum member. However it was memorable stay and I will revisit soon.

I stayed with gastronomy package on 12th Oct. before. At that time I was certainly disappointed with the unsatisfying service that from no explanation on the usage of vouchers. Nevertheless, other f&b was great especially the Spectrum. This is my second visit and all other shortages has been improved. I'm looking forward to have a next stay in 2022.

It was very pleasant to stay in this hotel. I planned to visit Seoul for a short trip and found out Fairmont landed in Seoul. The staffs were very kind and considerate more than I expected. Highly recommended. The only thing I can think of for improvement is breakfast buffet. Foods were good, however the dining area was too busy and slightly noisy. Not sure if it's common, but I got my coffee a bit late. Other than that, overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks!

small mistakes ruin everything

In elevator, a chef said to me “Have a good day”. Thank him for his kindness. But I got some bad experiences. At the first time of Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, I felt uncomfortable because there were used flip flops under the bed. At the second time, I was very disappointed that housekeepeer left its rag in the wardrobe. Moreover, it threw away water in the washstand, which is for getting rid of blood stain on my fiber.

We would like to confirm that our room inspections are followed seriously daily, and that our Housekeeping team is trained properly, to inspect and treat the rooms as per Fairmont’s standards.
