We had a very good stay at Novotel Leme while I was in Rio for a conference. The hotel was extremely busy at the time hosting not only delegates for my conference but for several other events too. Except for the lifts being quite slow with so many people staying everything else was absolutely fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I carried on to another location after my conference and then returned 4 days later, they stored my extra luggage and returned it immediately that I returned for my second booking.

Not suitable for a business stay. No iron in the room and I had to collect iron and ironing board from reception myself - this does not happen in a 1 star hotel. Lighting and facilities in room poor. No information for people staying in the hotel. Lifts insufficient so had to spend too much time waiting for a lift. Staff were disinterested in giving customer service. Bar did not stay open late.

We reinforce with the team about the procedure for checking payment of guest reservations. Irons are available at our reception desk for guest loan. In relation to the coat hanger, the same can be requested in extra quantity with the Hotel's reception sector. In periods of high occupancy the use of the restaurant increases.
