Was allowed early check-in by 1hr which was extremely useful. The high floors are definitely better with views and less street noise. I prefer the back side of the building facing the park. The gym on the top floor could use some new equipment and refurbishment. Breakfast had lots of nice choices.

The staff was amazing, always willing to assist and being beyond gentle. The facilities are also great, the room that my friend and I stayed in had enough space for both of us and everything worked out just fine. As hospitality graduated myself (and my friend being tourism graduated as well), we were very happy with how everything was according to the minimum requirements. Oh, and let's talk about the breakfast! I'm a fan of hotel's breakfast and a really demanding one. The food was delicious, everything that needed to be hot was hot and everything that needed to be cold was cold. Just please pay a little bit of attention to the juices and water. They can be at room temperature, but the 2 days I stayed they were almost warm. Maybe offering some ice should do it ;) So, resuming: great stay, great food, great staff!

Clean, well located. But despite hotel not being busy I was given a room opposite lift so it was a bit noisy.

1- I was given a room that was already occupied and I only discovered that when I entered the room to find the other guest's belongings. 2 - Second room was comfortable but could use some refreshing/update, although there wasn't anything broken. 3 - Parking the car was confusing both for leaving the car as well as getting it back.

Bad experience. I complained twice about the air conditioner that not working, it had error code CH53. No one appeared to try to resolve the situation. I do not return to this hotel.

Well maintained hotel, despite being clearly old. Location is not the best, very close to the city center, on a not so nice neighborhood.

The Hotel appearance is very misleading. The outside of the Hotel has a good appearance, the lobby is OK, however the rooms need a complete makeover. My room, had a water stain in the ceiling, ceiling paint rolling off the walls near the air conditioning, the room was too tight to have 2 beds ..the room size should only be 1 Bed. This was an awful layout. The room had a stinky moldy smell. The bathroom shower had mold in between the grout lines and also there was MOLD on the corners of the wall/shower doors..the mold stands out. Hard to miss it. The staff does not do a good cleaning to be honest, I wouldn't stay here again.

My two nights stay at the Pergamon Frei Caneca was overall great. As an ALL Gold Member I was allowed to early check-in and late check-out as well a very good upgrade was granted. The staff is really nice and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The only improvement point I would indicate is the coffee in the breakfast which is not good. There is a coffee machine which is not functioning well and when it does, the coffee has a very very low quality, which is not good even more considering you are in the "country of coffee". Get rid of that coffee machine and serve a "cafè passado no bule" and everything would be alright for me! :-D

All went smoothly. The hotel employees were kind and responsive. I was on a business trip and the location was useful. I left my luggage at the hotel and could easily retrieved it.

I had an amazing stay at Pergamon. Everyone working there was so kindly and friendly, I felt very welcomed. The breakfast was very good. The F&B area and food itself is great. The rooms accommodation is fair for the price, it not a new property, Accor Hotels started to manage the property recently, I was informed that they be under full rennovation soon. That is good, I strongly recommend to change all rooms doors for a acoustic proof model.

Breakfast, staff and location are great. However, absolutely no status recognition at this property. I didn’t receive anything I am usually entitled to. No upgrade (hotel was empty), welcome drink, etc. The room itself was decent but only had 1 towel (reservation clearly indicated 2 guests), smelled very damp/humid and had a noisy AC that kept us awake. It might be a 4-star by Brazilian standards but I was personally quite disappointed. My experience with Accor Hotels is usually positive. Just want to be clear that this property is not horrible by any means, but I’m sure there are better similar prices options out there. We were in the mid-tier room and were placed on the 8th floor.
