My husband and I just stayed here for 4 nights and loved everything about this hotel!! The staff were so super friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with our reservation, which we made through TripAdvisor Plus, whereby the room choices don’t correspond to the actual names the hotel uses; however, the staff were very quick to honor the reservation we made and put us into the “correct” room. The decor is really fun and creative. The beach is right across the street and the hotel provided towels, chairs, and umbrellas, as well as a welcome drink. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and there were always many different options. We ate so well that we were full until the early afternoon. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was big and had the best water pressure of anywhere I’ve ever been!!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

✔ Perfect location by the Copacabana beach. ✔ Rooms are far larger than the Marriott next door. ✔ Super staff headed by great manager Syd and outstanding front desk staff like Bruno, Luiz, and all their helpful colleagues. ✔ Nice breakfast ✔ Reasonably priced for the high value ✔ No complaints; always return here.

The best hotel in Rio! All staff is very attentive specially Bruna, Luiz and Matheus frontdesks and Guilherme Mendes (General Mngr. ) as well. Rooms are so clean and breakfast is full and delicious. Also it is well located in front of famous beach Copacabana. Highly recommended to stay here!🔝😃☀️🏖️🔝

Dirty rooms, poor service, badly managed

I am currently staying in this hotel and it's terrible. I checked in and got assigned a room and the bathroom was filthy. I was moved to a different room and the floor was all sticky and room did seem clean. Seemed like everything needs to be wiped down and the floor needed mopping. Anyways, I was too tired to change the rooms for second Time, so I decided to just order room service and goto bed. I called the front desk, room service and the restaurant multiple times- none of them answered the calls (the front desk said that they are open till 11pm it was about 10:45 pm by the time I was done changing rooms). My suggestion - stay away

Hotel nuovo e molto confortevole. Peccato la temperatura eccessivamente fredda all'ingresso e nella hall. Migliorabile il servizio di alcuni camerieri.
