Our experience was pleasant enough, however we booked unexpectedly some relatives in for a night while we were staying with you so that we could go out for dinner, on our return to the hotel around 10.30 pm we wanted to go to the bar for a drink only to find it was about to close and they would not allow us in. This was very annoying and they could not explain why a bar at a major hotel was closing at such an early time. We were very disappointed that our night had to end so early. At breakfast, I was so surprised to find that staff were able to serve coffee to us on arrival but not a pot of tea! I did however insist and was given a pot of tea although one staff member didn’t know the difference between a coffee pot and a tea pot. I also wanted a saucer under my cup which I had to request. Never experienced this before. Almost seemed uneducated by staff/teaching. I hope that staff can improve on this in future.

Two stays in a week. Get staff; Ing, Karlyn, John-Baptiste, Paul and Ric. However, although Elizabeth in the bar/dining room was good, PLEASE tell her NOT to come up to someone just as they are about to or have just put a mouthful of food in their mouths and ask is everything okay? Absolutely stupid; tell her to wait till the person is not eating or between mouthfuls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at the Pullman in Adelaide during COVID19. The hotel staff were very aware of keeping things clean and very helpful. However, was a little disappointing the pool was closed without letting us know beforehand, we could hear music in another room between 1am - 5am which was so loud and disappointed security did not stop this. And our room was not made up when returning after being out all day long (considering there were not many people staying at the hotel)

The pool closure was indeed quite sudden as it was an advised precaution for our patrons and we had to implement it straight away. I am also very sorry to hear that there was music during the night. We did find out about it the next morning from other guests but unfortunately it occurred outside of our floor patrol hours as we do it closer to midnight. If something like this ever does happen in the future, please do call Reception and report it so our Night Manager can attend to it straight away. We chose to stay at the Pullman for it’s close proximity to Rundle Street and The Fringe festival. The room was comfortable, lovely soft bed and pillows. It’s has all the essentials that we needed- except that we had to call for water to be delivered which took a while due to staff shortages

From arrival to leaving the staff were fantastic. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Being Accor members we received an upgrade which was most appreciated at the end of our holiday. We were going to go out but decided to have room service. I think it was the biggest Club Sandwich I've ever had, delicious. Breakfast was fresh, perfectly cooked omelette and excellent pastries. Checked out the pool and well appointed gym, wished we had stayed longer. Thankyou to reception (I think it was Karlyn and Raul), sorry not 100% sure on the names, food service staff were terrific too. I have stayed at Pullman Melbourne on the Park. Pullman Adelaide was better. Thankyou.

This is the 4th time we have stayed here. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and our needs are always met e.g. more tea bags, champagne glasses brought to our room. The beds are super comfortable.

Check in staff competent and friendly. It wasn’t until we had a meal in the restaurant that the nightmare began. Food poisoning with oysters .... the waiter took them away and suggested the chef make Kilpatrick oysters !!!

As shared with you, we got the same batch of oysters analysed through food testing laboratory and results came back normal. Rest assured, we have certification to ensure this process is carried with utmost diligence.
