Room was good, but the toilet creates difficulties, bcz the position of toilet were just near the door. So water lodged and no way to flows to the scupper drain due to lack of slope. Also couldn't find any food menu in the room for room service.

The stay was good. There were no towels when I checked into the room. I had to call 3 times to get the towels.

WashRoom is extremely worst. I have stayed there for 2 days . First day itself I have asked the reception to change the room, they told me that room is unavailable , After cleaning the washroom also, the waste is emitted from sides of closet. It was really a bad experience and wasted our money there for 2 days stay.

Discovered some sub standard quality of toiletteries being filled into plastic bottles for use of customers staying in suite of a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices.... Swimming pool is not maintained to satisfactory standards.

Sloppy Room Service. They did not change the bottle. When I checked in I saw a half emptied water bottle with the Novotel Paper Tag on. That tells me the service folks were intentional. They also did not replenish the towels after room service on the 2nd day of my stay. How can they forget not to leave fresh towels after they performed full service? The guy that came to give the towels was on the phone and the towels were very dirty. All and all a great little property with amateur staff that need training top to bottom.

Novotel Infopark Stay Experience

 I did not see a special welcome or greeting for an Accor Silver Member!  The key was not ready, as promised in the online check in acknowledgement!  Although I had completed the online check in for our stay well before arriving at the hotel, the Front Office Team took another 10-15 minutes to complete the remaining formalities!  The Front Office Team informed that they had to remove each of the Passport Covers of three in order to scan the Passports, as they can't proceed with a Passport which is equipped with a Passport Cover!  There were only 1 bath towel kept in our room and hence it was required to request for 2 more towels later!  It was required to depend a Technician to watch the TV, as there was no simple TV Operating Guidelines / Instructions left in the room!  Guest Service was time taking process as it always required at least 2-3 reminders!  While compared to my previous experience with various Accor Hotels across Middle East & Far East, I could not see and feel the Accor Class of Guest Service here!

Good - location - breakfast spread - bar, pool & gym - The staff is courteous, requests are well recieved. Mr.Dhananjay at front office helped with my early morning checkin and confusions on the booking. Breakfast is scrumptous, has lots of options on local food. English bf is also available. The trainings manager Pallavi is a professional and does her job well. Restaurent staff is courteous. One has to clearly specify the diet requirements My first room allocated was not that great - The shower in bathroom needed great strength ti turn on and off, The work chair seat had stains on it, no house keeping for one day. I requested change of room and that was only for a day so cannot say much about housekeeping as I didnot get one.

Myself and my family totally disappointed with the stay in your hotel. Help desk was not really helping for any room services, no towels given, no dental kit given, no hot water for shower, didn’t turn up for many requests.

One Of The Best Anniversary

I had went for the second anniversary celebration at Novotel ,at the time of arrival i had inform the front office staff Mr.Sachu that today is my anniversary and requested him that it will be glad if would arrange a candle light dinner for me ,as my dinner was prepaid by the weekend package. After stating this I went to my room , it was a surprise for me that they had taken my request very seriously and full filled my wish along with a complimentary cake with a wish note on it ,I was really happy with approach of the staff to the customer especially Mr sachu and Mr Drubajyothi these to gentleman's had done an extra ordinarily support on my stay.at the check out time they had even given us an anniversary gift which was not all expected (guest relation manger ) ,thanks to all the staff for there support during the stay . sun deck bar was very nice with the best ambiance, good food (pork preparation) and great service by staff ( Mr.Druvajoythi ) *but what went wrong was at the square restaurant, the food at square restaurant was very poor and it was not at all value for money and the staff support and approach to the customer was not up to the mark in the square restaurant . * there was a lag In the information about the package to the staff, I had taken a 5299 member offer where dinner, mini bar(I didn't use it as it was chargeable as per the information from the staff) was complimentary but I had charged for the same but they had offered me 25% discount on the food and soft beverages as complementary , I guess It is the compensation for dinner which was prepaid :-) suggestion :- #kindly give training to the staff on the packages available on the all Accor app #food was not up to the mark not at all value for money #breakfast food taste and quality has to improve

Extremely good all round service . From the Check-in to the Housekeeping and Restaurant staff courteous and efficient service and the constant effort to make ones stay comfortable. But for the issue of soft pillows availability overall a pleasant Novotel stay. Breakfast cud be better 😊
