Excellent location and staff services. The bathroom have a little pungent smell. The sink as well as the shower room clogged and need to call for maintenance which took so long to come. The clothes washer needs cleaning as it clogs too and have bad smell. The decorative pillows have a bad smell as well.

Not much vegetarian options for in room dining. The service at breakfast buffet in the restaurant is very slow, no staff cares if a dish is finishing and needs to be replenished. After asking the service staff they take 5-10 minutes to get the dish or the bread that got finished in the buffet. I expected proactive service not reactive slow service.

The rooms are so dark , no sunlight and view also not that much good. In room service they are not providing washing powder and there is no provision to dry the clothes in room. In kitchen the ceramic plate stove is not worked properly in my stay I have cooked only one day. rest of the days the stove was not working.

Good stay and good rooms. Though parking was a hassle for us. When we arrived, there was no parking despite us being able to have reserved parking per room. So the reservation was not even followed... We parked in the nearby mall instead. But hotel staff did not extend to help us on this. Nor did the hotel even cover for our parking fee outside - despite us booking rooms with reserved parking slots and it not being granted to us.

I loved that the room had its own kitchen with the complete equipment and utensils, including its manuals neatly filed in a clear book. The ref was a big one, not those bar refs. It had a comfy sofa which can also be used for sleeping by a third guest. The cabinets were spacious. More importantly, it had a fully automatic washing machine. Elevator was fast, not too many guests, I think, since it was a wednesday-thursday stay. Only concern was the ongoing construction nearby which created noise during the wee hours of the morning.

The hotel is kid-friendly, especially with having a heated pool (good for little kids). Breakfast area is well-spaced and also good for little kids. There is ample choice without the overwhelming feel, and they are mostly a good mix of usual Western (cereals) and Asian (Laksa! Congee! Taho!) breakfast. Online check in is a plus. Very grateful that the hotel allowed us an early check in (2pm) and a late check out (1pm). Also happy that the room has all the amenities that we need, especially the dining area, as we have the option to eat in with the kids, without having to be uncomfortable in eating on top of the bed, or on top of a small table.

maybe you can ask the customer if she/he needs 2 keycards while checking-in. We were given only one; when I saw that it was only 1 keycard, I was told that I can request for another one. But I was already carrying my bag and leaving the counter and finished all my transaction so I just said "I'll just go back later". Which I had no more time to do eventually.
