Positive highlights: staff was very attentive and breakfast was well served and delicious Negative highlights: lack of maintenance in rooms (stains on the floor, rust on the windows, old bathtub)

I just knew the swimming pool was not working after I booked. And at the check out I couldn’t get my points of the loyalty program. Of course I always pick up Accor hotel’s. Before the pandemic I used to travel a lot. Always Accor Hotel’s. If I’m not getting my points I’ll reconsider.

Although they announced they’re remodeling, the process is super loud and you can’t use the pool. Some mattresses are too used.

Apartment with standard below even the Ibis chain. No infrastructure, very old. Only 1 socket in the room that was for the television, that is, there was no way to charge the cell phone

Old installation, mattress was even deformed by years of use. Pool was out of service and it was not informed at reservation. Price to high for what is offered

It was a very good experience. I'd like to give a suggestion: as it is located by the beach, there should be a way to wash the sand away from the feet, before entering the hotel.

Very good stay overall. Staff was consistently helpful and polite. The hotel was under construction and the pool not available. Recommend providing ESPN sports channels, which were not available.

Good location but the room itself was outdated and shabby and the bathroom filthy - it had more in common with a cheap roadside motel than with a normal Grand Mercure - I don‘t understand how you can seriously give such filthy rooms to guests

On my previous stay I was upgraded to a better renewed room, as I'm a Silver member of Le Club. On thi stay they refused to move me to a better room. I really didn't like the 4 days I was there. Terrible hair dryer, broken things, very old room. I'll stay on another hotel next month (I have to go to this city every month and I wouldn't like to stay in that room again).

I stayed at the room 705. The room smelled musty. Airflow with dust and dirty. The bathroom knob was rusty, and the key knside was dirty with something that looked like dry blood. Ugly, terrible experience. The shower was just a single strip of water. I opened to see if it was clogged, and oh my god. I left this room with cough, and throat pain. Expensive hotel but from 1800’s. Terrible experience.

Nice hotel and with nice front desk staff. The only problem was the bathroom. When you have a shower part of the water goes outside the glass shower and there is a great danger of having a fall. Parking team delays a little bit.

The hotel is under refurbishment, but most of the rooms are already renewed with a very nice set up and decoration. The amenities are all Loccitane Au Bresil. The only thing is that the elevators take too long and the quality of the food in the breakfast could be better.

Execellent staffs and localization, but very old installations.

I stayed 3 days with my family. The staffs are cordials and the localization is perfect. They have a nice basic breakfast. The installations are too old or maybe it is due my high expectations when talking about a Gran Mercure international standard.
