The hotel itself is super, the service is excellent! We were greeted at the reception of Efe Dodo and checked in. The rooms are clean, bright, and the view is excellent, despite the fact that this is a business area. Special thanks to the chef Ayhan and his assistant John, thanks to the waiters Mezut and Chinguz - they are great, as I called them good man))) In the room, linen is changed every other day, shampoos, slippers, soap, razor, towels are great, there is even a spa. But here's the nuisance - my e-book disappeared from the room (((. Found the loss when we moved to another hotel, took out the suitcases, but it was not there, we had 2 of them, and now one ((. Everything valuable was put in the safe, and the book was always in the toilet, we have 2 carry-on luggage, went through 3 times, there is no it (((. We arrived the next day, as we moved to another area, worried that someone would move in and take away all of the 7,500 rubles, but no one checked in, the number was sealed, but there was no book ..... My advice to you - everything is in the safe - everything !

It was my first time in your Hotel. I promise myself not stay there again and not recommend anyone. Rooms are small. Breakfast is very poor. There is not any comment about drinks forbidded in hotel while I made reservation. Spa is used for people who is not stay at hotel but people who stayed in hotel is not permitted. Rules about the Covid-19 was not obeyed.

spa worked only for the selected people. the have forbidden alcohol in the hotel but didn’t tell in advance. It’s forbidden to bring or order food but they don’t have anything in their restaurant. Rooms are small and there is no fresh air and window.

terrible experience, I specifically wrote a note to the front desk to check if everything was clean in the room but there was hair inside the bed and also dirt on the floor, just terrible...

The room was clean, quite, and comfortable. Actually, it seems the hotel was empty during my stay. Friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant. Special thanks for the house-keeping ladies. I was disappointed with the laundry service, not reliable. Hygiene measures for COVID-19 are well observed.

it is second time i stay in Mercure, this time the reception ask me to pay cash in restaurant for breakfast meanwhile the breakfast was already included in my room. at first, the reception said cash only for breakfast , but i insist add it to the room fee. it is very strange, i never knew any other hotel that only accept cash for breakfast. some of my colleague also meet the same situation. it is so bad for your hotel . i think you shoud pay attention on it.

nice team, but the room's aircondition is not convinient. very hot room with sunny days as there is no window. the aircontion can not control in the room. and the air is not fresh.

Very bad feeling about the stay!

1. laundry my wool trousers instead of dry-clean and deny it. 2. Full Shampoo bought by me and poured almost empty by the hotel staff and only got equal refund - 22 TL 3. the invoice missed the money of one day. And bring me a lot of trouble after leave.

Reception doesn't speak really English: very complicated to book airport transfer, try to sell taxi friends more than hotel car).Long queue for check in even with Platinum status.No Welcome Drink voucher for Platinum member.Big stains on the carpet in the room.Room not properly cleaned (paper under desk, pencil on chair..)Poor breakfast
