Bath was dirty, used toiletries left in bathroom, tap water was brown, no hangers in closet, cups dirty and chipped, all this was reported to reception two days running but no response, still not sorted by the time we left two days later.

Great location. Not enough parking spaces. Unfortunately there were some unfriendly receptionists. The main person who really stood out and was exceptionally professional and very very helpful was Dave - the manager. I hope his staff learn from him about his customer relations. The breakfast was really good. Although on one day the head waiter was taking all wrong orders and there was a chaos in the dining room with all orders being returned to the kitchen. On the second day there was a head waitress and she run the dining room smoothly and professionally. The room was good. The only negative is the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The ceiling/floors were squeaking so and movement is heard. We asked for early check in and late check out and we’re offered that. Both processes were very smooth.

Generally ok. Good breakfast and service on 2 out of 3 days but chaotic on one day with incorrect orders being delivered to several tables and waiting for an hour to receive the correct order. Bathroom basic with nowhere to put toiletries.

Hotel is at its best location as it's soo close to the hotel and peaceful are away from city Hustle

Stay was good .hope they start putting mini bar fridge in their room and complimentary water bottles too. Receptionist needs to be more welcoming and smily and atleast show that they care. Or may be helpful if they ask if we need any help to getting places or visit or may be suggests something. Restaurant was amazing.polite staff food was great I mean breakfast was great

We arrived at the hotel and checked in.The receptionist tried charging us again for a prepaid reservation. Got our key and headed to our room 418. On arrival my wife visited the bathroom where the toilet had faeces on the seat and the bowl! Wonderful, after a trip back to reception a d asked to move we were informed we couldn’t and housekeeping came to clean the bathroom. Even the housekeeper was surprised at the state of the bathroom. Breakfast next morning was a disaster. Terrible shame We stayed on Monday 14th June

Our room for a one night stay was described thus: Elegant Superior Twin Bedded Room. Perfectly equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, laptop safe and luggage rack. Functional and comfortable bathroom with a bath tub. The good things - comfortable bed, good night sleep, nice single upholstered occasional chair. The bathroom was clean and had large towels. Small complimentary toiletries available - enough for one night for two people The not so good - inside the drawers were dusty, there were ring marks on the dark (contemporary) furniture, the luggage rack was hidden in the wardrobe, the safe was so high it was out of reach unless stood on a chair. There was no remote control for the TV and took three attempts before it arrived. The bed configuration was not as requested and had to be changed. On line check-in was a waste of time as I had to go through the process again at the front desk. This did not feel anything like luxurious or elegant, but despite our misgivings we did sleep well. Check out was further complicated by having paid via the Accor ALL website as an overpayment (pre-authorisation?) had been taken - the desk clerk had difficulty viewing this and required with some help. Beware the car park - it is tiny, first come first served and the on street parking requires a parking app. Although free after 5 pm until 9 am the next day. The location is close to the beach but this means the on street parking is also very limited due to the volume of day trippers. This hotel served a purpose but to return from a night out to find the locals having a slanging match outside, did not make a good impression. would I stay here again - not unless desperate.

Stayed here several times- friendly and helpful staff. Food always excellent. My only criticism: each time I’ve stayed (circa 4 times), my Accor status (later check out, free drink and possible upgrade) is never mentioned, offered or recognised. Every time, I have to prompt/ask.

The location is very good because it has an easy access to the beach. You have a partial view of the sea which is good enough. The interiors are refurbished so it’s still nice. Beautiful garden and bar to stay in. Helpful receptionists when I needed a taxi. Downside: the food is bland and could improve! I think some of the food in breakfast were frozen. The receptionists seemed overwhelmed and lacked grace for a ‘luxury’ hotel and spa. There was no 24 hour room service as advertised- no food, only drinks. The toilets on the ground floor needs tidying up from used tissues or regular cleaning. The pressure of cold water is very low, making the water hotter than I can tolerate- I thought I would have minor burns. Even if I had to put the tap all the way to cold, it is still hot and made my showering very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was well located in close proximity to the beach and just a short walk to the centre of town. The staff were great, hotel was clean and breakfast delicious.

We had a number of issues with the hotel, prior to booking we were told there is car parking spaces and when we got there, there was only limited never of spaces and struggled to find somewhere to park on a busy Saturday afternoon. Once we had found a parking space on the the road we headed to check in. We checked into the room and we had been given an accessible bedroom, upon walking in it all seemed fine and just a standard double bedroom. But when I opened the door to the bathroom it was a wet room. On first glance me and my partner said its fine we will just have to cope. But on second glance we realised the shower on the wall was permanently set to a 4 foot height. I am 5 foot 9 and my boyfriend is 6 foot 4. There was physically no way either of us could shower in a shower that low down. We went to reception and they said there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked (which I completely understand) but we were then left very dissatisfied- didn't even offer us a drink in the bar or anything. The staff were not helpful when it came to both the parking and bathroom problems we had and we left extremely dissatisfied.

Lovely hotel and staff. Loved the room and very comfortable bed but unfortunately the hotel was very noisy until approximately 3.30am. There were car alarms going off in the car park, doors slamming in the hotel and ladies singing loudly in their room next to mine. Such a shame because I would have really enjoyed a good nights sleep in that bed.

We only stayed for a night over the weekend after a long day at the beach. A big, comfy and clean bed with nice blackout blinds. All you need for a good rest. Breakfast was good too. Would recommend & come back!

Hotel is in a good location and the check in process was good. Issues found Tv not working, annoying air conditioning buzzing sound every 20 seconds. Called reception on few occasions at 11pm but no answer, so didn't get much sleep which ruined our anniversary break. Bathroom very small and hard to manoeuvre around, better making en-suite bigger than the room or having a sliding door.

The spa looked depressing, with the sauna and the spa bath both out of order. The changing rooms in the spa were disgusting. There was a definite vibe of abandonment. The rooms looked nice at first glance but everything was so CHEAP. All the materials, the toilet paper, the soap. How is this a four star hotel? It all felt held together by a coat of fresh paint.
