We booked for 3 people but only had towels and toiletries for 2 people on the first and third night. Sonwe had to ask reception for more.

I was at your hotel for business. The room had no working desk and had to pull the little round table by the bed to make some kind of working space. The bathroom was too small and did not have any room to put my things (toothbrush, toothpaste, come, etc.). The TV channels have only 1 English speaking channel and it didn't work 2 days out of 5. I didn't like the breakfast because the croissants were dry and hard (as it they were baked the previous day and stayed in their basked a whole day), some mornings had no eggs, and the potatoes (fries) were not hot and had stayed in the buffet for way too long. No toasts (and the croissants weren't good). I didn't like the area as there are no restaurants in a walking distance, so I was doomed to go to the hotel restaurant which I didn't like. It's a good thing that most hotels were already full in Naha, because otherwise I would have left earlier to move downtown.

While the check in experience was good, we were surprised to be asked when we collected the keys as to when we would be checking out. As though we were being chased out. When the checkout time is clearly stated and we were not even intending to stay until then

The hotel is nice and clean. However, the booking on the hotel website is misleading. I booked 2 nights with breakfast while one night is free, I expected I will have breakfast for both nights! I really think this needs to be specified clearly.

« Hotel staff are very nice, friendly and attentive. »

Hotel room is nice with comfortable beddings. Everything is good except the toilet which is too little space for placing personal things like skincare products, contact lens case...etc. Also suggest to have shower cap instead of hairband which is more convenience for ladies. It’s good to have curtain or partition at the bathtub so to avoid wetting the toilet floor when having shower. The availability of separate packing toothpaste is good as sometime people may only want extra toothpaste instead of changing toothbrush everything. This can help saving the resources and environment.
