« Good Hotel Close to the Airport »

I have used this hotel 5 or 6 times now and its really convenient for the airport, particularly Terminal 1 and there is a regular shuttle bus to Terminal 2; the rooms are a good size and there a couple of good restaurants inside the hotel.

« Not the first Airport Hotel choice anymore »

Had around 10 stays in the past and overall were above average. This stay was somehow below my expectation. I was offered by China Southern Airlines for free accommodation as their Business Class traveller and I decided not to utilise it. Because I am a Le Club Platinum so I assumed I would have an enjoyable night at the Pullman Guangzhou as before. The problem started from Checking in, at the Executive Lounge, where I asked for an upgrade but denied even when the hotel was not in high occupancy. The staff showed no care about my request and I was left with a 'take it or leave it' attitude. The room was small and the bathroom sink was full of water marks. The food at the Executive Lounge was average as the food variety is minimum as well as the beverage selection. No Sauvignon Blanc, not even from Chile (no offence), a French Hotel, really? We had dinner later on at the Chinese Restaurant and it was alright. The breakfast at the Main Restaurant was a disaster and we choosed to be limited to the selection of food at the Executive Lounge. Check out and the transport to Airport Terminal was good. Overall a transit stay below my expectation. I am unsure if it is wrong to ask for improvement or I simply should withdraw myself from my better experience from the past?

Thanks for a good week. Location excellent. Door Man Ran, was so helpful. He organised a car for me when I had Taxi trouble. He could not have been more helpful. He is excellent and made up for the lack of service from many of the other door men. Loved the Executive Lounge and Rooms. I will be back. Foot massage was also excellent.

« Fine for an aiport hotel »

The room was nice but the signage to get to the lobby from my room and back again was useless. Given it is an airport hotel you would assume the standard state of a traveller is tired and jet-lagged so directions as to floor level and signs to the lobby are important. The room service meal was terrible and pretty sure the meat was raw and left me feeling sick.

My 2nd visit. Still the same high standard. Nice friendly people. From the concierge, reception, support and house keeping. Everybody is service orientated and happy to assist. Room was upgraded to suite. Nice and clean. Gym was available 24/7. Meals at e lounge was ample, fresh and delicious.

We also have free pick up service please mention this service when you make your booking so some of our attentive team will pick up at the Arrival hall. Don’t forget our white Golf buggy standing outside the Exit 12-13 which can help you with your luggage. All our Guest Rooms are European standard and have the Pullman bed with super comfy pillows and two legs pillows for a good rest after a long flight. The air conditioning system is up to standard and the shower room has separate tub and rain shower. All Guest Rooms give you enough space to do your business or leisure Activities. We stayed at Executive club Pullman three times within a month. It wasn’t surprise to us that Pullman has been voted as the best airport hotel in China for 5 consecutive years. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable; the room interior, attention to details, cleanliness everything was spot on. Staff there were polite and efficient. The check in and check out were very quick and efficient.

« Average, your booking office called me 3 times to confirm if I was coming, when I had already checked in the previous night... »

I stay in your hotel very regularly and am well looked after, but on this occasion it was only average, I was called on my phone 3 times in relation to my. Poking to see was I coming? When I was already checked in from the previous night, after the third time explaining the same thing.... I got very annoyed, it’s not acceptable surely the person that called noticed my name x3 times... really?? Also when checking out I was billed when I had booked using points? Then the receptionist came back to me later before I left to change this... your booking system is terrible.

We always use this hotel when flying from Guangzhou airport, it is always spotless, and the staff are very welcoming, what you would expect from a prestigious brand, but still appreciated. Not sure if its because I am Accor card holder or the place was full, but we got a rather nice upgrade in room just a shame we weren't staying longer to appreciate it. The shuttle to the new terminal is efficient as the trusty golf cart was previously. From arrival to departure the whole experience was most pleasant
