I had a good stay in Pullmans Hotel, but something that made the experience of how good your customer service was displayed with your Guest Relations Manager Wang. My debit card was eaten by the machine in the hotel and a staff referee him to help me. He was kind enough to call the bank, find the process for getting my card, went to the bank, acted as a translator and drove me there and back. I could not thank him enough! He did an amazing job and even though I travel alot and go to so many hotels, I will always remember Pullmans with a positive memory and staff to take customer service to another level. I hope this email will reach Wang and I am definitely looking forward to meeting him again in the near future and wish him all the best in his endeavours. Pullmans is blessed to have staff like him who goes the extra mile for their customers. Which is why I will always recommend your hotel to whoever who's traveling to Guanhzhou.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days, waiting to travel on to Hunan. The room was really good, conveniently located in the airport, the staff was very friendly and service oriented, however due to the COVID restrictions the F&B services were limited.
