Location, service, and breakfast are all perfect. Only pity is the bumpy internet connection in the room - but the connection on the ground floor is good and managed to join a zoom meeting there.

Had a lovely 7 night stay here, can't compliment the staff enough they were brilliant always happy & friendly from hotel services to restaurant to reception staff. No request was to difficult. I have never stayed in a more comfortable hotel, the beds are really good, the room size is generous & so quiet we couldn't tell if there were any guests in rooms adjacent to ours, the in room fridge is great but the really gold star from me was the climate control for the room which allowed you to heat & cool your room using air con - just what was needed as it was warm during our stay. Hotel is perfectly placed for touring around as its right next to Cambridge North rail station plus has bus services outside also. I would definitely stay here again.

Whenever we travel we always look for a Novotel as a first port of call. The hotel is brand new and did not disappoint as always. We were travelling to London that weekend so it was ideal for the rail link being right next door. It would not of been ideal if we were going into the City though as it was a bit too far out. The only gripe we had was the parking payment. We really struggled as it was a NCP car park and to be honest we are expecting a fine as we downloaded the App and could not get the hours into it we stayed only advanced parking hours. We were told by reception to pay on leaving which makes sense but could only enter into the App payment hours from that time. We paid none the less so hopefully they will accept we paid for the hours stayed but not the hours we actually stayed.
