The fact that I do not have received an official invoice with the right coordinates is fully unacceptable and that despite many efforts. I expect a quick reply on this request otherwise I will , myself being a frequent traveler - forced to contact a higher level in the IBIS organization. Have been staying several times worldwide in IBIS and never got any problem on that. Hence expect that this is very soon resolved. And again I can not understand why this is such a big problem. Required on my invoice for fiscal reasons in Belgium : Yara Belgium SA/NV Jan C. Da Vincilaan 1 B-1930 Zaventem VAT : BE04… Hope that this is promptly solved. Thanks in advance.
