Appeciate the 'anti-COVID' package! Breakfast is wonderful, but not sure welcome drink/friut is not provided in this hotel

Welcome from "bell boy" in the front before I walk in.... nice smile front desk lady patient enough to wait until I prepare all documents to process the check-in kind explaination after my room card been issue first bell boy wait and prepare to guide me to room back to room at night after work, welcome fruit and warm soup prepared in room already.... sweet I do believe the hotel manager must be very details in briefing their staff at all departments concerning customer's need. GREAT services ! The only complain about waitress waiter at the breakfast, they look seems a bit tire at the early morning, but still in good service ! I like the decorated materials on the wall and surround, good matching of light and colors.

I was given an upgraded suite which I thought was at no extra cost to me. On December 30th 2018, I have found another large transaction deducted from my bank account. I chose to settle my account at the hotel the night before I checked out to make it easy for me due to an early flight. I was so happy to be given a small breakfast on my checkout when the manager realised I had such an early flight. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating toward me. this made my stay that much more worthwhile. I would like to suggest that the photo copying machine or a scanner is placed on the front counter so we can keep an eye on our personal identification (passport). I had to chase the attendant when I saw my passport being taken from the front desk.

I like this hotel, the breakfast and the gym are very good; however, it's a pity I couldn't use the swimming pool this time.
