Additional safety measures due to Covid-19 were applied. The room was clean and the layout is Ibis style standard, simple. The hotel location is not on a lively part of the city and no nice view from the room! All staff were helpful and friendly, especially, the house-keeping staff.

A very bad experience, there are no Kleenex tissue boxes in the rooms, since I rented two rooms, because we are a family ,,, Independence, the airport delivery price is 300 tr , and the norm is 200 tr

I'd like to thank the ibis bomonti hotel for the suite that was assigned to me, for the excellent reception staff and in particular I thank Miss Cansu for her great kindness combined with an excellent attention to detail, that is not not common in other hotels of others cities. When I will return to Istanbul, I think I will return to this hotel which I will recommend to the people I know.

Got to the airport in antalya and they had changed my flight without my approval. Had to get on a flight 5hrs the time I booked the hotel ...got to the hotel the male receptionist cant even speak proper English and all he could say was I cant chuleck in 5hrs before yet the hotel was empty. Like I have to pay double the price I had paid online which isn't refundable or I get another hotel..which was rude ........I work in a tourism industry sometimes you have to come up with solutions and compromise......5hours early check in isn't going to make the hotel go bankrupty but it will increase it to more than 90%sales ... Train customer care approach. Train hotel management . Ibis is a brand hotel name ..bomonti Istanbul make it shine ..hire the capable ones and not the good one but the valuables and willingly. Thank you
