A pleasant stay ,good location without paying city prices only £10 taxi ride into city Breakfast was nice Would have liked a quieter room but i suppose be next to the M5 that's not going to happen ! hotel was clean

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very good although the room was not cleaned on one day. We had to ask for clean towels at reception. The meals were very good. But the chef never came in to work until 7.30 one evening. So we had to have a late evening meal.

the property itself was very good (although lacking some basic maintenance) breakfast was fantastic. what made our stay were the people. We got customer service on par with many 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Particular shout out to Jack, Demi, and Wayne. These guys made the stay great

Amazingly friendly staff but quite basic rooms with not everything working. Annoying green light in the room by the door. Breakfast had a good selection.

It been a long time since I’ve stop at ibis. Reception I couldn’t find til someone came out with his laptop from the bar area. Very different from the usual hotel I stop. I found the room overall abit too cramped, also the room Was too hot after lowering the temperatures and opening the window. The breakfast area was also too small. Due to the heat I didn’t sleep well.

The new Ibis Styles all have a remote check in and the idea is to allow the guest better flexibility in where to check in . I am sorry you found this confusing. In all rooms are air cooling systems and this had it been used would have allowed you a better sleep. Our reception desk is available 24 hours and you can Whats app us at anytime with any issues and we are always willing to provide a solution. Room was clean, breakfast was really good. Very pleased with the hotel for the price. The car park is only a very small space; we had to park elsewhere and then later on move the car into the hotel car park.

Booked rooms at this hotel with other members of our family to attend a funeral. It was a convenient location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary sweets were a nice bonus.

The location of the hotel is not great but everything else is: the staff are very helpful, thoughtful and friendly; the breakfast is generous and delicious; and the bar great. When booking, I had mentioned (to Jack) the fact that I was staying in Birmingham to celebrate my 50th birthday. He passed on the information and when I walked into my room, I found on the bed two balloons, a birthday greeting, a chocolate cake and a card signed by the reception team!
