Beautiful accommodation

Nice, clean, beautiful accommodation, nearly to the CBD and the train station (west Perth) Front office very friendly. Commun area all time clean. Beautiful pool and bigger gym I have never seen in the hotel. Fully furnished with balcony, nice and spotless room. And the room service was amazing. Thanks guys see you next time.

Nothing to much trouble

This was a lovely experience from the moment we walked in the door, each staff member we dealt with was so genuinely friendly, even recalling our names when we re entered the hotel, loved the added touch of having the days temp & the following day placed in the lift so we could plan our activities, free bus outside the door was also a bonus, friends had dropped us of & a staff member even informed us that if we wanted to have a BBQ that our friends would be welcome to join us in the outdoor area

Well positioned. Free bus service nearby. Serviced most days ( not weekends) but anything needed we was provided promptly. For visitors there was no information provided ( maps, info on free bus, restaurants etc) which would have been helpful. Information centre on Murrray Street

Loud noises

The hotel is neat and clean. However at 5AM we were woken up by loud noises. It sounded like pieces of metal being hit together. We complained to the reception and were advised they will talk to maintenance. It sounded like they knew about this issue. Be aware as you won’t get a good nights sleep.

Good apartment poor service

Good size rooms and friendly reception staff and unfortunately that's where it ended. We had booked 4 nights accommodation and our rooms were not serviced even once despite personally requesting at the reception as well. So it wasn't really a 'serviced' apartment to pay such a premium price..! Also we had requested parking for a night and parked in the spot as advised by the reception staff. However the next morning there was a note left on the car saying we had parked on Sebel guest parking without authority?? Complete miscommunication and mismanagement in the staff!
