I booked the executive suite for a relaxing four-night stay in Dubai. the suite was above expectations, the service was top notch. also with a great view from the window. I'll be honest I did hesitate when making the booking as I wasn't familiar with the location, however when I arrived I was pleased that I made the booking, the location was really good, close to the beach (10 minute taxi) and close to local tourist attractions.

Iv never stayed anywhere so bad as Canvas i had to check out after couple hours of staying because when I ordered room service the platter that was covering the food was sooooo dirty i cant even explain how bad it was. And corona virus being around i did not feel safe to even stay there for more than couple of hours. On top of it there was no tv in our room bathrooms were super dirty as well. So i will never ever stay here yaks

Average: I was assigned a smoking room. It was very late and I slept rather to change... After one night, I changed room, but was not fully prepared (even no amenities)

The staff are very good. I see the charge or power socket issues, board comes completely out when we pull out the plugs. The spoons given in room for coffee cups are not good. The swimming pool is too small. Apart from these three, I will rate 5 star for the hotel.

Considering the COVID impact I acknowledge that some services may be affected ,suspended or adjusted. what I cannot accept and makes me furious is that the ALL website of the hotel mentions "FREE SHUTTLES to a Mall and to a Beach...which of course are not available. no mention about it on the website or covid warnings... As a Gold ALL Member I booked the Ma Gallery based on this misleading but very important information for my stay. As a consequence, due to the remote location of the Canvas from the major attractions and upscale leisure places of DXB , I paid more than 200 € for taxis and UBER! Definitely not a good deal! Moreover, Concierge desk is totally inefficient when asked them to book A-list restaurants or beach clubs and even a supercar rent . T They simply ignore all the upscale venues of DXB the Five Palm Beach club or Nammos or Nikki Beach??? Note to the Management: Please urgently hire a Concierge Service Company. Classic symptoms of "franchised" Accor Hotels but unacceptable for an M Gallery.

The Canvas Hotel met all our expectations and more. The nicest and most well-decorated hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The receptionists we're super generous and polite with every request! The location is nice (5 minutes with a taxi to 2 different metro stations). Just a beautiful place, very recommended.

In total its a very nice Hotel with a good standard. The restaurants serve mostly Indian food. this should be a little bit more international. Excellent. Superb. Truly worth it. Booked with the hotel to enjoy some time with my wife/fiancee who's visa application was put on hold at the start of COVID. The food was excellent, the staff was great, and the bed was comfy. Will likely rebook here if the time calls for it in the future.

The hotel looked exactly like it did online. I had a bit of problem with the entrance, but once I followed the writing the wall, it was so unique. The young lady sitting in the parking lobby reassured me that I was in the right place. She lead me to a great place to park and then I was on my way to the lobby. The lobby is very artistic. I was greeted immediately but reception staff. I was checked in and lead to the signature executive lounge to wait for my upgraded room to be ready. My 100 year old grandfather died and I was completely out of it, but everyone did what they could to make me feel welcomed.

Hotel well located , close to local shops, bus and taxi's are available all time , staff very friendly as waiter's , aleways smiling , greeting. And a big thank you to christine Hotel Manager , she come couple of time during lunch / Dinner to make sure we doing great and if we need anything during our stay , she is professional during the pandemic and she check social distance between table's , sanitation gel , etc ... My stay almost one and half month and I locked down in the hotel , we offered courtesy calls to call embassy , airlines ... and free business center 24/7 , wifi hight speed . Thank you the Canvas Hotel .

The location of the hotel is really in the periphery, and very strangely there`s no pedestrian entrance to the hotel, only through the parking.

I was warmly greeted by a lovely Indonesian lady at the front desk who checked me in ahead of time. She was friendly, portrayed a very warm manner and was helpful. Abigail was the manager and assisted her with the processing of my reward points for my day stay, however there was an error made and a deduction of two sets of reward points were taken from my account instead of one. I am still awaiting for a phone call, email and/or update of my Accor account.
