I understand businesses have had a very hard time due to covid but I have to say I was very disappointed with this resort. Our unit (33) was very, very old and desperately needed a complete makeover. The old spa looked like it belonged in a brothel, there was a hole in the wall, many cupboards no longer shut. Staff had done their best to clean this unit but it is almost beyond it. Both pools looked very uninviting but again I understand businesses have been lucky to survive at all during covid however I did not feel safe to enjoy either pool.

Hotel in good but tiring condition. I thought it was okay but I expected more for the price paid. A little more help from staff around the stay would have good too. Overall I still liked the place, but I wasn't satisfied with the price.

We were supposed to get get a 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, a king bed and 2 singles. What we got was a 2 bedroom villa with 1 bathroom and 4 single beds so my husband hung off the end not very comfortable. Reception gave us 3 breakfast vouchers shame there was no food left 1 hour before the buffet ended, the staff were not very happy about cooking more even though about 30 more people turned up after us. The wifi and foxtel didn't work at all. There were no pool towels in the morning they said it was because of the rain but we heard them tell a guest to use them to mop up his floor as he had reported that his roof was leaking no help offered to him. The manager was supposed to contact me but as I did not want to waste $200 in pre booked tickets she just left it not even a call to fix this. I have had better care in 3rd world countries, the management should be ashamed of there actions or lack there of. Acor needs to fix the problems at this resort and I want compensation for the room that I didn't get but paided for. Many other guests are not happy either read the comments left.

Whilst the facilities provided are quite good - I liked the gym, pools, tennis courts etc, the customer service really lets the resort down. It seems like the resort is staffed by people who have very little passion for their job and little care towards guests.

Well located, however we experienced significant rain during our stay which led to leaks in multiple locations in the bathroom area. We ended up putting a container under one of the drips as it caused our toiletries to be hosed with water.
