Great location but the room was very ordinary. Very tired and not the cleanest. The sheets were an awful greyish colour and so were the towels. There were a couple of items left in our room from the previous guest. When I mentioned this to reception the following morning, they were very apologetic and would get onto it straight away. We were heading to breakfast and were offered that our breakfast beverages would be complimentary. When we arrived back to our room later that day one item had been removed but the other was still there. Checking out the following morning I was using my Accor member points to pay for my breakfast room charges, I was told that was fine. While driving home I received a phone call to say I wasn’t able to use my points….not sure way?? That my credit card would be charged, I asked for a receipt to be emailed through. When checking the bill, I had been charged for our breakfast beverages that were offered as complementary. Any other place we have stayed we have been given a card with a welcome drink as part of our Accor membership, this was not offered. All in all it was a very disappointing stay.

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and a good view of the city. The staff were very friendly. As an Accor employee I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

From the moment we arrived we were given friendly helpful service. Our apartment was well appointed and comfortable and located close to resturaunts and cultural venues. We had a wonderful time and Qpac and GOMA were within easy walking distance.

Excellent location spacious and stylish room. In terms of wheelchair accessibility the room is very large with a separate area for the kitchenette lounge room then the hall before the bedroom and a large bathroom. If you are independent wheelchair user alone please note the kitchenette has cupboards way above head height and it will be necessary to have an able-bodied person retrieve all of the items down onto the bench. Also this hotel does not have a parking turn around circle. Having stayed here previously I tried to make arrangements to be allowed into the parking area directly but it is still expected that you quickly run inside let them know you’re outside and then Park your car in the parking area. For obvious reasons this does not work well for a wheelchair user to quickly pull in on a crowded street weather isn’t accessible parking or a curb Cut. Mine guess who didn’t have a disability parking permit found it difficult enough to find somewhere to pull in and ask reception to park their car. Valet parking in a large car park is available it’s just not as convenient as a hotel with an area to pull up at the front and unpack your luggage or where you can go directly to your parking spot. I would consider this if you use a wheelchair and are driving yourself. Have had extensive discussions with hotel reservations and management on multiple occasions regarding improving this but the policy has not yet changed. There is a PowerPoint on one side of the bed for plugging in a wheelchair charger - glad I bought an extension lead as that side of the bed was much closer to the wall and I had more space putting my wheelchair on the opposite side. Beds can be one large bed or two single. The telephone does not have speakerphone for those do you require it to be able to respond to calls from reception (some disabilities make it not possible to hold the phone to your ear). Also there is an excellent shower bench the shower itself is in closed in a glass box which probably works brilliantly with manual wheelchairs was a tight squeeze for my power Wheelchair. Definitely recommend the spaciousness I had visitors one of him also used a powered wheelchair and The room layout actually made it easier for multiple wheelchairs than home. Hotel was undergoing renovation or repairs during my stay so I can’t comment on the entrance and foyer. Due to Coverd room service restaurants and housekeeping also cancelled at the hotel but very cautious about everybody’s health following strict Covid protocols which I appreciate. Would like to stay there again post Coverd to experience the entire hotel facilities Walking distance to Southbank and so many attraction

Front Counter Staff (especially Harley) were professional, helpful and friendly. Even the cleaner was friendly and did a good job. Only fault we had was the room smelt like smoke. After staying a few days, it seemed like this came from the next door room. After leaving the balcony doors open the smoke smell left after a few hours. The restaurant staff were also friendly, the decor and atmosphere was nice. However the meals were 8/10. We tried a few meals. I think the quality of food used here is the problem. The Haloumi was salty. The hollandaise sauce wasn't great. The bacon also tasted cheap. We are foodies and notice these things.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but clean and quiet. Phone in our room didn't work and despite asking several times it wasn't fixed. On arrival we had heavy suitcases. We were given trolley but no further assistance.

We had a lovely room, spacious and well appointed. It did overlook the train lines at the back of the hotel which did concern us for noise but we heard not a single train. The double glazing worked so well I thought they had shut down for the weekend.

Needed a place to stay to attend a production at QPAC. When looking, deliberately chose a hotel where I could have breakfast before leaving next morning. Turns out, nope. This was inconvenient and something I specifically wanted. No mini bar, no inroom dining. Disappointing. Website still states that breakfast is available and 24 hour room service.

This property is in very poor condition. We have staid here twice in the last few months and nothing has improved. Carpet missing inside robe, thread bare at bathroom door, blinds didn’t fit properly, very poor layout.

Perfect location for the Cultural Precint

The room was spacious and within walking distance to QPAC, the Museum and the Art Gallery. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner but with so many restaurants/food outlets close by it was not a major concern.
