Our five-day stay at the hotel was a wonderful base to explore Sydney. The location in the midst of the downtown are and not far from the Harbour was ideal. The premises, even with the lobby under renovations were fine. Our room ( more like our apartment) was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Cleanliness deserves five star rating.

The hotel was very well located for China town and Darling Harbour and the room was of a good size. A bit tired in places and there was an upgrade taking place in reception area. The staff were very helpful, but felt it would have been good to have had a bar and restaurant.

Quite a nice place and pleasant stay despite the COVID-19 situation. The hotel is well located and close to transportation (train and tram) as well as very close to Darling harbour. The rooms need a make-over as they start to look old but we understood that this was ongoing. Reservation system should also be reviewed: Our reservation via Accor hotel app was simply canceled without explication and by mistake (and giving the impression that it was under our request) Just one question we could not answer: At the exception of the room upgrade that was given "automatically" by the helpful front-desk staff, not sure the hotel follows all the "amenities" associated with Accor Gold status

The room was clean and tidy, however, I had to ask for milk ( open, used one in the fridge), the tv remote didn’t work and I had an iron but no ironing board. Considering how quiet the hotel was I was surprised at the room I was given and a balcony so small I couldn’t get onto it. It was not the room shown when I booked, it was much smaller. I feel that because I got a good deal on the room through qantas when I booked my ticket that the hotel gave me a sub standard room.

Have stayed here before very handy hotel will be lovely when alterations are finished Rooms still need a bit of work but we enjoyed our stay and our room with a balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again when our world settles down and back to normal.
