Cockroaches all over my balcony. Disgusting. Individual staff were rude. Others very polite. Lifts broken. Ridiculous wait times for the elevator. I have paid a lot of money to stay here. It’s insulting to me when I am member of a loyalty program and am always trying justify why the experience is always unacceptable for what I pay for. I don’t imagine this will change anything. Most likely a robot responding. I feel like a fool. The Accor program does not reward loyalty

At the time of the on line booking I booked 3 adults. When we checked in I explained there would only be 2 adults and if the adjustment could be made. No adjustment was made.

The girl at reception with a short blonde bob and glasses was extremely rude and unhelpful, never experienced anything like it. Rudely snapping at guests and came off extremely passive aggressive during check in. Avoided reception during entire stay.
