We came to Breakfree as an RCI exchange. In our many years of business and holiday travel both within Australia and overseas it is difficult to recall a less welcoming or less informative reception staff. From the request to sit why the officer finished her task on the computer before she dealt with us, to the inadequate directions as to how to locate our apartment and the lift thereto in the pouring rain( my husband was using a walking stick after a recent operation), to the frustrating hoarding of basic information - we would have appreciated being told there was a scannable compendium (above my eye level on the freezer) at least the third time we asked about a basic wifi/use of tv question. The paper information regarding the tv we were given on the second visit back to reception was sadly out of date. Not one scintilla of information was provided proactively, nor one word or facial expression of welcome or greeting offered. Having to join an Accor marketing plan for free wifi? Seriously?? We would like to thank the two delightful and helpful cleaning ladies who went out of their way to assist us to finally, safely, find our room and unlike any counter staff, were smiling, friendly and helpful. I suggest some front line training in basic courtesy and customer training is needed. The property itself has a lovely pool and adequate, if basic accommodation.

As stated above the room was very dated and did not correspond with pictures when we reserved the room
