Well located and exceptional duty manager

Room was dated with some electrical problem. Kitchen lights flashes from time to time. Air con caused the fuse protection to go off. Kudos to manager Yehmet (hope I got his name right) who went the distance to make sure all guests have been well taken care of. When I went down to tell him about the electrical problem, he was already busy with a lady who broke her leg in the lobby. Not only did he not give me the "i am already busy" look, he managed the situation professionally and went up to my floor to try to fix the electricals. The next day I was looking for a bottle opener, he told me he'd check and call back, and sure he did. I'd give 10/10 for his exceptional service, 5/10 for the property

Ideal location for what we needed

Comfortable stay, my only complaint is that I booked a room with 2 single beds as I was staying with my 20 year old son. We were put in a room with only a queen bed.

I booked a studio and asked for a high floor and was "upgraded" to a 1 bedroom disabled apartment instead, only on the 4th floor and facing the back with a "view" of an office building immediately next door. There were ants crawling all over the kitchen bench and a saucepan in the cupboard was filthy. Luckily I didn't want to use the kitchen. Have stayed here several times before and it was good, but has certainly gone downhill. No restaurant anymore either so no breakfast.
