Reception staff wonderful polite and,helpful… Maybe a general wipedown of a room when booked. The wipe down I did on arrival picked up alot of black ,Im guessing street dust on all surfaces.. Had to ask for a clean blanket…the spare on in the cupboard was covered in long black hairs and some hair knots…I have short blonde hair…. All else really good.

6 night stay. Happy to be upgraded from Studio to 1br - the extra space to wander around in circles in was appreciated. Bottle of Rose as welcome amenity. Front desk service very friendly/responsive. Apartment well-equipped.

fresh looking rooms well located with easy access to all services around town. GOOD TO NOTE - NO MEALS ARE AVAILABLE HERE however there is an array of selections at local westfields and across the road and close by. The only fault and most important was the room cleanliness to me living in the COVID world I felt ur room kitchen area was not at all to standard! Fronts of fridge cupboards clearly show left meal preps... the microwave was filthy knowing to plan ahead I was able tot quickly clean this myself with my own cleaning goods (as i am often finding this same level of service in the kitchen area of many stays within this chain) Plates had muck but I always run everything in a dish washer on arrival (as this seems to be a regular finding also, and for my own piece of mind) In defence of the hotel - This reservation was made the same day of arrival aprox 9am - manager did meet us in the parking lot with our expected welcome bag (platinum membership) however we did not receive drink vouchers, he mentioned there and then that they clean rooms once and if something needed to be addressed to let him know . My expectation is to have a spotless room regardless of the offer of a second round clean and should have maybe taken him up on that once seeing our room. However I knew i had the back up and preferred to clean this area myself as i often travel with my disabled daughter who needs these safe healthy enviroments.

Nice room towels had stains on them. Cups not clean and glass had a chip out of it. Otherwise fine but it is the little things that matter.

There was an alarm sound going off constantly in the night The staff said they didnt know what it was and didnt care to investigate the sound Wont stay there again

I was there for 3 nights and my bed was not made or rubbish taken out or milke or coffee replaced only had two towels for 3 nights and was staying there for work and still had to put 50 dollars deposit down 4 days later still have not got back

Handy to Chatswood railway station; friendly and courteous check-in; spacious quiet room. Only complaint would be that the bed was rather small - a double rather than a queen.

I was expecting complimentary breakfast as advertised in Accor web site for being a Platinum. Not until I asked the receptionist after checked in about the breakfast arrangement , and he told me that no restaurant to supply b''fast .. a little bit disappointed. Also, I booked this hotel because of the heated swimming pool, but was found the water was freezing cold on the 11/6 morning ...

The hotel is nice and quiet and in a excellent location. Literally a stones throw to cafe’s, restaurants and shops including Woolworths. My 1bdr apartment was large and spacious with a full kitchen, and dining area with separate bedroom. The kitchen however, was old and outdated, appliances included. The oven and dishwasher even had rust on them. It was such a shame to see this and expected better from mantra. I had a friend also say that it’s great, but needs a refurbishment and I would have to agree. I will say that staff are super friendly, I’ve stayed before and always noted how lovely the staff are. They did give me a late checkout and a bottle of wine was waiting for me in my room. I feel so bad that I had to make the refurbishment comments, but sadly it is true. All in all, I would stay again if needed.

Had a medical appointment in Chatswood, found it was only s short walk to the facility. The Mantra was in a great location. Across from the Railway station and dining district, shopping centre close by.
