Great location, comfortable beds. Rooms are not soundproof and had 3 very sleepless nights courtesy of ppl in the room next to us. The material on the desk chair was weathered and missing in a lot of places on the seat- ready for the bin!! The light shines through around the door edge from the outside so a constant glow in the room all night of hallway light. Late check out is $20 ph, even as a loyal Accor member. Staff were friendly. Cleaner walked in without knocking on our first day. Location is what saves this hotel.

the hotel is in a great location, close to shops, casino, pool, ocean and food outlets. The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are a good size and well maintained.
