The room was a little tired - water stains on the bathroom ceiling. I would have preferred an ordinary shower, instead of a spa bath and the extra blanket didn’t smell fresh.

We have noted the room you stayed in, and are working with the unit owner to make the necessary improvements to ensure the room is up to standard. We are currently in the process of switching over from the brown blankets to brand new doona's for the rooms, which will be lovely and cozy! In relation to the spa, not all rooms have them, so if you prefer a walk in shower, note this as a room request on any of your future bookings and we will be able to allocate a room with a walk in normal shower. We booked online the pics we saw on line certainly did not reflect the tired dirty old room we received. We were not informed until we arrived (already payed) hat we had an Un renovated room. Hotel was full so no chance of room change. Room was dusty or something we were scratching all night sore eyes etc couldn’t wait to get out. Was a shame really as we have stayed there many times before and was always very happy.

The location is excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. However we booked and paid for a room with direct access to the pool area, for two consecutive days out of three that gate access was locked. Despite telling Reception on four occasions and being told someone was on the way to unlock it. Apart from this inconvenience we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the decore, room size and location. only problem was that the restaurant below us as we were on the 1st floor - the cooking smells permiate the room at night. You definitely should investigate how their exhaustion from their kitchen can be improved. Otherwise the weather was great, the view from our room was stunning. We could come again but just request a room a long way from the restaurant below.

We were overwhelmed by bleach fumes, I made a cup of peppermint tea and could taste bleach in the cup resulting in my mouth tingling. Our room was not serviced in the four days we stayed so room amenities were not restocked this was not advised on booking or checking in. We advised front desk and asked if we could change rooms and were very dissatisfied with the response basically too bad, apply for a refund and go somewhere else.

As discussed with you when you came to reception, you had booked a standard room which is not refurbished, and sadly given the high volume of occupancy we were not able to change or upgrade your room. We have stayed at this hotel ~ 5 times. On this particular occasion the maintenance work occurring in and around the hotel from 7:00 am in the morning until 4:00 pm made the stay much less enjoyable than we have experienced in the past.

The French Quarter has long been our preferred accommodation in Noosa, being located at the better end of Hastings Street and with its well appointed (and recently refurbished) apartments and pleasant view over the pool we've always found it easy to relax here. It was a delight to be back after an absence extended by the Coronavirus, from the worries of which our brief stay was a welcome escape. The courtesy of the staff was also appreciated.

Mantra at Noosa is very well located just metres to Hastings Street. Our room faced Hastings Street and was a comfortable, self contained facility. We were, though, a bit disappointed with the attitude of the Receptionist. This is a role which requires a pleasant attitude and concise information in relation to the room, and the hotel generally. Both were absent on Thursday 18th May. Apart from this, the stay was excellent.
