The service was warm and very professional, facilities available were good and room was very nice. We were upgraded and the room had a kitchen, lounge room and spacious bathroom and bedroom. You could easily organise a stay for more than a week and be comfortable in the spacious apartment with the facilities available. There was a laundry available next to the room with washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The hotel presents beautifully and the inside furnishings and atmosphere us warm and bright. Hopefully the restaurant is established soon. As for short stays you will need to find places for breakfast. There is a lovely cafe not far from hotel that offers great service and equally great food. We enjoyed our stay immensely even though it was only short.

Room was tired. Lots of repairs required. External door lock was not secure. Neightbour used the washing machine and dryer until late into the evening. The gentlemen at the front desk upon arrival were lovely and very helpful.

Stay was extremely satisfying, comfy bed, super clean. TV was a bit on the small side and the shower was a struggle as I have a disability as the shower was to step into the bath. Toilet was also quite low and without grab rails. Excellent stay and super clean!

We found the room smaller and less comfortable than the price warranted, the advertised Foxtel was not fully available and apparently hadn't been for some time, the bathroom had signs of mould in the shower cubicle and a dangerous spot in the shower surround near the right hand floor which had separated and presented a sharp edge to the unwary foot. During our second night we were rudely awakened first by noise from one of the nearby rooms followed soon after by a shrieking fire/smoke alarm; of course we rushed out of bed and to the reception area and found only one young lady in attendance who seemed as confused as we were by the alarm. She took quite some time to finally discover the alarm was set off by some other guest cooking in their room, eventually the alarm was silenced by disconnecting it, not a guarantee of our ongoing safety should a fire break out while we tried to sleep. This episode took almost an hour to sort out and our sleep that night was less than peaceful when we finally were able to relax. We do NOT blame the young lady but do blame management for what appears to be lack of proper training. My complaints have already been expressed to your company and I have been refunded 50% of our payment for which I thank you, but I suggest you attempt to raise your game we are unlikely to stay at the Mantra Jolimont ever again, over priced, under resourced and under delivered.

Wasn't told at point of booking the hotel is going through renovations. Rooms not service daily, noisy air con, no restaurant, small car park.....Had to request towels, the room was only serviced once in the 4 nights I stayed

Stayed in one bedroom apartment. Was clean and comfortable room and met with our needs. Close to city could walk in and close to public transport as well. Husband was having a procedure at Saint Vincent's private hospital and this was a great location .
