We had a confirmed one night stay but we’re possibly going for a 2nd depending on whether my partner needed surgery. The staff were absolutely brilliant. So accommodating and understanding. The allowed us plenty of time to find out if we needed another night (which we didn’t ). Allowed a late check out. Told us not to rush and didn’t charge any extra. They went above and beyond.

Friendly and helpful staff, The room was great clean and comfortable with lots of natural light great views quite and the windows open a bit for fresh air.

Stayed to watch the Wallabies match Great spot

Apartment was presented well, cleaned fautlessly. Only issue, no dishwasher plug available for washing dishes. Plug required as apartment didn't have dishwasher.

I stayed with my daughter for a girls long weekend. It was a very pleasant stay, then I broke my arm while out and my daughter got sick. Once I explained our situation the staff went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay as comfortable as possible including being flexible with our reservation

We were informed restraints etc closed, but, really NO bottle opener, NO plates, only 2 cups, 2 glasses! How are we to thank our daughter for driving us around. No hairdryer, in freezing weather! Tah.

High ceilings, very clean rooms, upgrade provided lounge, work space and meal space. Location is ideal to be 10 minutes walk away from the CBD business, but only 3 minutes walk for great cafe food around the corner, and MCG is a few hundred metres away for parks and for sport. Staff are friendly and organised. Keen to help.

I came for a conference and found the hotel to be clean and tidy, well situated and the staff where very helpful. Someone in the room next to me was smoking (and the smell kept coming into my room each time they did) and when I told the staff, I was moved to another room within minutes. Thank you.

Arrived and dropped bags early and parked to catch the Saturday arvo game at the G. Short walk there beat the crowds home and then strolled into the CBD after for dinner. Perfect spot.

The suite suited our short stay...well setup for takeaway meals and drinks. We appreciated the coffee machine and self service area in reception, which was available all day. The staff at reception provided efficient and friendly service. We were given a refund for our 3rd night when a sudden lockdown occurred and we left a day early.
