Checked in by your FOM Mia, I now wonder how she got that roll she has no heartis and people skill at all maybe it is a good thing that mantra is now joined Accor.. because in Accor we don’t treat out stuff or anyone else the way Mia (FOM) treated me and my brother.. I work in Sofitel Darling Harbour and I’ve never seen this kind of behaviour from any of my FOM! Maybe you need to come and see for yourself how a FOM should be! if you do read this I am so happy that Mantra has joined in with Accor because I want you to be the best at your roll(FOM) Accor provides all the training that’s needed for you to be the best FOM you can be and hopefully one day you should come and stay at SSDH and see for yourself, you will probably feel like the queen of England if you stay at SSDH.. But thank you for my first experience at Mantra.. WELCOME TO ACCOR

Specifically picked to stay at mantra on kent as the room which was shown in the pictures has a balcony, only to arrive at check in to be told that there was no rooms with a balcony in the whole premise. This is very upsetting as a long time Accor member.

Second disappointing experience at a Mantra. At Ettalong, I got charged for a breakage we didn’t do. This time, I was told upon reservation over the phone that there was a buffet breakfast available. When we arrived, I asked which level it was on and I was told that the restaurant is closed due to COVID. I wouldn’t have booked if there was no breakfast available. I also asked for a two bedroom suite with 1 King and 2 singles. They kept them as two king beds. Also the living room lights in the living room of our suite were blown, so it was quiet a gloomy experience.

Stayed for our anniversary and my husbands birthday. Loved how close it was to darling harbour and shooing on Pitt street. Rooms were clean, tidy and plenty of room. Staff were lovely.
