Pleasant and welcoming. The staff welcomed us back each day when we returned from work. They were accommodating and so kind. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment situated central to the empty city so we could go on walks safely.

My room was lovely – comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally clean. I felt so warmly welcomed, and very safe and assured by the covid-safe measures that were in place. The welcome gifts in my room were such a special touch, and the care package with masks and sanitiser was really appreciated.

Staff friendly property well located to all the essentials supermarkets, bottle shops and cafes. A pleasant stay in a crazy time in life. I would recommend the stay and i will be back when I'm back in the area.

It was fine. The young girls at check in didn’t have much idea, and they did not seem very confident. They didn’t have a clue about Accor discounts, ie 50% off breakfast. A girl told us we could purchase breaky at Lime around the cnr, but didn’t know about applying any Accor discount to us if applicable. She also failed to tell us that the cafe is Not open on Sunday mornings so that was a major oversight as we needed to have breaky before catching a boat trip. Apart from that, the room was good, couldn’t fault anything. Great location too

Easy check in and out. Close to Darling Harbour and the QVB / Town Hall station. Room was bigger than I was expecting with a washing machine / dryer etc.

Love the location & the apartment. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment & was happy with the size & cleanliness of the rooms . The set up was a bit strange as it’s 2 studio apartments but it was ok. The restaurant wasn’t open which was a pity as we would have loved an option to eat in . No facilities, just a simple hotel but no complaints here
