Stayed here for a work conference and overall was good! Aircon in rooms was a little loud and could here those in rooms adjacent to my own, but other than that, satisfied with the stay. Food was great!

Stay here frequently. Love the proximity to the train station and city. Rooms are roomy and beds comfy. Always surplus towels and love the range of body wash, shampoos and lotions provided.

Fantastic location , rooms slightly dated but clean . Beds uncomfortable , but worth it for a one night stay in the city ! Breakfast was lovely and great value !!

Had a TV that was malfunctioning and an air-conditioned system that was loud and not working so well. It also had bright LED glows coming from the control pad which made the room uncomfortably bright for sleeping. Overall, your rooms need an upgrade. However, your staff were friendly, welcoming and very professional. I reported the TV on the second to last day of my stay after the TV started hitting maximum volume on its in, to the staff at the reception who then promptly organised for it to be fixed. Great work staff.

Staff welcoming with check-in done efficiently. As we stayed in a studio king, met our needs. Advance saver rates also was a game changer. Inclusion of breakfast in the rate was another plus. Breakfast menu changes please - same menu daily - needed more variety as we stayed for 11 nights in total. Staff assistance and service in helping me to book tour was very much appreciated. Restaurant staff knowing their guests and catering to their needs - great customer service - got my pot of hot water without having to ask for it. It is the little things that matter and the people factor high on my feedback. Housekeeping staff to be commended for their hard work, quality of service and courtesy when meeting requests - asked for a non-slip mat for the bath and sugar sachets - thank you. TV channels should include more foxtel channel options for news and movies or offer others - e.g., netflicks
