It was outdated and not what we were expecting. The room did not look like how it was advertised. It was very dated, the couches were disgusting, covered with stains and muck, and the carpet and staining all over it. The aircon was not cold and took along time to cool the very warm apartment down. Beds were comfortable. The car park was the worst designed thing I have seen in my entire life. Giant concrete pillars in the middle of the road. Car parks were so small and so difficult to fit into.

The room I was put in to begin with was dirty, dull with horrible lighting and the fridge was so loud. I was moved to room above the previous and it wasn’t much better. Very average stay

Excellent except for the parking which was difficult for our high 4WD drive vehicle (tight turns and low overheads) and the lack of onsite dining. The latter is offset by the variety of nearby eateries.

Well located and well equipped self contained apartment

Generally the room was comfortable and it was well equipped. The internet signal was weak. The tv wasn’t Smart, so unable to stream from phone as no Netflix, Foxtel or movie Channel. The couch was quite stained. The restaurant furniture was all stacked up due to Covid and if it was laid out the hotel would t have felt so stark and baron.

Got an amazing deal for a long stay of 7nights. Reception staff were amazing and very helpful. Extended for another night with such ease. The apartment had everything I needed. Was perfect! The couple managing the property are doing a fantastic job!

Perfect location close to the river and city. The staff were very professional and had excellence in service. The car park was unusual and would recommend thinking twice if you have a large sized car- very narrow pathway.

Standards have plummeted. Ourbathroom when we checked in was smeared with marks. Brown stains. Toilet paper roll only had a few sheets left on it. Next day i asked when it would be cleaned to be told they don't service the rooms anymore. I wasn't told this when i booked through Mantra directly, not a third party. Now a 2 and a half star Hotel. I still like the place, and am a frequent vistor. but i will try another Hotel next time.

Just frustrating in relation to the restaurant not operating. Makes it really difficult especially when you don't have a car. I was staying in 1005 and there was a very bad smell near our room.

Room and appliances need maintenance and updating . The heavy glass sliding door to the balcony fell off the rails twice. Staff could have been more helpful. Bath was dirty, bath plug was filthy . Dishes were dirty. Dishwasher was clogged.
