Great Staff, but the facilities are lacking a few areas

Stay was good. The location of the hotel was good for our needs. Hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and professional... a credit to Mantra. But the hotel's restaurant area was not set up to open. Hopefully that wont take long to get back. Also, the bathroom sink.... they always drain slowly due to their high use (nothing that a bit of preventative maintenance couldn't fix throughout the Mantra group. But my sink was so bad that it blocked completely as I was leaving. And i have no doubt that the great staff would have organized for it to be fixed if I were staying longer... its just was so bad when i got there its a shame that the room service team didn't see it before the room was rented. Anyway. Good stay, just things could be better.

My wife and I stayed at Mantra on Queen for a business trip. We were disgusted when we walked in to our room to see what appeared to be body fluid stains all over the furniture. When attempting to pick up the phone to contact the front desk, the phone was covered in hair and grime plus it didn't even work. This is a terrible standard. Particularly in a post covid world. When we showed pictures to the staff at the front desk they did nothing at all to respond to our complaint besides request for the information to be sent to their email. This is completely unacceptable and we will not be visiting this facility again in the future.

I stayed in one of the apartment suites. I found it perfectly laid out, spotless and quiet. I could happily live in the apartment! The hotel staff were polite, helpful and charming. I've stayed in several hotels in Brisbane and this one was the most enjoyable.
