The 1 bedroom was spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. The balcony was great. Furnishings including the couch were a bit dated and tired. Overall this place is value for money with a great price for what you get

Was an overall pleasant experience but the bathrooms are outdated and rooms need updating (new bedding, carpets, etc). Wasn't what I expected for what I paid.

The room was not made up for three as booked, the room was absolutely disgraceful. There was blood on the pillow, the blanket had white stains. We asked to be upgraded to a two bedroom and they did which was lovely. The staff were excellent but the rooms were very poor.

1970's decor with a bed from the stone-age

Building hasn't had a decent facelift in this millennium it would appear. Bed is hard as a rock and pillows are useless. Every time I spend a night in one of your hotels, I need weeks of chiro to correct my neck and back. Windows are paper thin, and do nothing to stop noise. Curtains over the windows are useless. Pool pump immediately below my window started up around 6am and woke me up, the impossible to get back to sleep with the curtain channeling the sun directly at my head. Bathroom - I can't believe that hotels still have baths for their showers. The lifts were terrible and I feared that I would be trapped inside, they are in the process of being replaced though apparently (if this takes more than a month to do the lot - you are being ripped off). They layout of the room is completely impractical, though at least this room had a phone charger near the bedside table (unlike most of your other facilities). I stayed in an Oaks hotel for the majority of my trip to Queensland - they are modern, functional, well arranged and liveable. They are also 30% cheaper!

The room was big and spacious. My only issue was the stains in the bed cover. You could see the stains and I did not feel very comfortable using it.

Bad I ws put on a floor where I complained there smell in the corridor and rooms but nothing can be done. someone is cooking curry and the whole floor and even room can smell. My clothing was instilled with the smell and it trerible.

I loved the location right next to a small shopping complex which suited my needs. The apartment was perfect with all essential and non essential items available. The only minor thing is the gym only had one treadmill when I went to use it at 6.05am and another person had beaten myself to it.

I had dirty sheets with dry blood on them room 603 8/3/2020. I will not recommend anybody to stay at Mantra accommodation.
