Room was dusty, bathroom door didn’t close, neither of the lamps worked

The room was spacious and well equipped. On arrival the staff at reception were great, super friendly and helpful. However when we got to our room I thought the ceiling was crap, the grunge look does not appeal to me at all. Also when we arrived in our room their were no bathroom toiletries, no milk in the fridge and access to the Hotel TV reception was not connected. The beds were comfortable and we were happy with our stay.

The staff member at reception was very friendly, helpful and courteous and was able to give me helpful information. I was attending a family wedding and the venue was near the hotel and was given easy directions to find the venue. The room was very clean and spacious and it was great to have a microwave, toaster and fridge in the room as well as a couple of hot plates. Very large and comfortable bed. TV and air conditioning was also provided.

Room was small, very comfortable bed. Window aspect very disappointing. Air con setting too high so room warm at night while sleeping.

The bed sheets were stained and the room did not look anything like the photos - it was crammed and the furniture seemed squished into the small space. Also, for the price we were not expecting a large stone wall to be the view from our room. The alleyway below was noisy and resulted in interrupted sleep.

Good location and Very clean and new (or refurbished room) but noisy air conditioning and very narrow bathroom. There was no tea/coffee/sugar/milk. I had to call reception to get my "pack". Yet no milk to be seen, not event he next morning so I had to buy some. No sauce pan/fry pan so I couldnt heat up my porridge at 6am....

We would like to advise the we are currently re-introducing tea, coffee and milks back into the rooms as we speak. This was a covid related project to decrease touch points within the room. For this item, we are listening to the feedback from our guests and are actioning accordingly. Further procedures have been put in place in regards to cleaning of these boxes. Cooking equipment is similar to the above and has been re-introduced into the larger apartments which usually utilise such items. Throughout the last year we have had cooking packs, pre made, disinfected and ready to supply to all guests. Our apologies if this communication was not clear. The sheets I had did not fit the bed. They were short at the bottom with nothing tucked in!

It was nice but little things were missing due to COVID so you had to call to get cooking items coffee tea etc. It was a 2 bedroom but only 2 outdoor chairs and it was displayed on the website as alot bigger but overall it was ok.

I only had one major complaint. ROOM SERVICE. At this stage it is not reasonable to not offer daily room service. It seemed that your organisation is using Covid as a reason not to service the rooms or to offer full service. On one occasion I requested room service & it was not done. I then requested the service twice per day to ensure the room was serviced. Also the room was 'bare' - not welcoming. Minimal cutlery etc. No bar fridge. Broken safe. Had to ask for coffee & tea etc. Overall not a welcoming or pleasant experience. Staff however were very pleasant.

We had a great stay at mantra st kilda.we stayed 4 nights for out wedding and the staff were very accommodating. The only complaint we have is that the pictures of the room online are heavily photoshopped and have pictures of a feature lounge in one of the rooms we stayed in and the other room had a large feature chair which both rooms didn't have. I'm only commenting as this has happened to me a few times now at different hotels and is pretty annoying.
