Check in process and room both good experience. Only grievance was that room booked for 2 people but only one towel supplied, discovered at 5am when we had to leave.

Close by to YSSY although the walk would be troublesome with lots of baggage

I ordered the room asking for 2 single beds for myself and my daughter. Was given a room with a king size bed. Even reception asked when I checked in type of beds I was after and I said 2 single beds. Wasn’t impressed after working a full day no driving for 3 hrs just to find that I did not get what I asked and paid for. Also wasn’t told about the parking onsite that there was a cost not impressed at all.

All good except for aircraft running up engine at 0350

Room needed a proper clean and check that all appliances and lights etc. were safe and in working order - notably bedside lights, which was reported to reception.

Initially booked a king sized bed & room, but later changed this to two singles the day prior to checking in, as my brother was catching up with me. When I checked in, the adjustment to the room had not occurred. The receptionist was very apologetic and gave us a room with two single beds. The rooms were fine and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet was cleaned properly by cleaning staff. There was dry yellow/green vomit (?) down the front of the toilet bowl. As it was only one night, I didn't report it until I checked out the next morning. While my brother couldn't smell anything (blocked sinuses), I could. The bathroom/toilet area had the whiff of vomit. I suggest cleaners take their time to clean properly, or someone else check the rooms afterwards to ensure the room has been cleaned properly. It makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned - especially in this day and age. That issue aside, our stay, the food and the staff were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is a very walkable distance from domestic terminals and metro station, and provides a leg stretch after or before a flight. Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom make me a many times returned visitor. Bedside lights have been the weakest link of this hotel since it opened and they are still often non-functional.
