I got a very warm service from your team. They put a lot of effort to support my self isolation. Thank you for picking up the phone from my room many times and bringing my dinner to the room and organising a friendly taxi to the airport eraly morning.

The room was very clean but only one thing you should think of is bottle of water should be included with the room rent and other amenity in the bathroom as well.

Hotel was clean and convenient. However food was no better than a take away shop. Pizza was burnt at the edges and soggy in the middle! Good to see attention being paid to Covid restrictions. TV in room did not have SBS tuned in.

The room was good, needed some maintenance (there was a bedside light broken off the wall) the room had most things I needed. Checkin process seemed very slow, only 1 person checking people in and sometimes a line of 4 or 5 people waiting. It was perfect for an overnight stay before my flight. Thanks

The Mantra was a short walk from T2. The gentleman at check-in (around 8:45pm) was lovely, he was well mannered and happy to be there. He checked if I had eaten dinner and was informative of dinner options, paperwork, lift/room etc. The view was great, I could see some of the airport. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The coffee was good on check-out. Cons - the toilet seat was stained. The iron melted a hole on my clothing..

Was an easy walk, thank goodness it wasn't raining which wasn't the case on my trip back to the airport on the next day and a $15 taxi fare from the hotel was expensive. Check in was pleasant and room, although small was acceptable. Only 1 soap and a shampoo and conditioner offered. Tea and coffee was expected and supplied. No small bottle of moisturiser and while people are using covid 19 for an excuse, the small things should not be overlooked as being penny pinching. Limited menu, which is to be expected. Fish and salad was tasty but no option for dessert. Again, something not too hard to organise but overlooked. Expensive glass of wine by the glass. Pleasant check out. The biggest draw card you have is location but the noise early in the morning from the trucks was enough to keep me awake for most of the early morning. Would I stay again, perhaps but a request for a room on the opposite side of the building would be a definite.

Nice stay. Room very good. Courteous staff. Breakfast and dinner menu was limited. Also coffee satchels in room were decaf which was disappointing. Was also disappointed that coffee was not included in the breakfast menu. Had to bu separately.

Arrived late and even though the restaurant was closed staff still managed to serve me a takeaway curry (btw that was one of the best butter chickens I've eaten!)

I think overall it wasn’t great the room was really tiny (8th floor ) we went for dinner and drinks which was below average food not a lot of staff went across the road to get a doughnut came back for more drinks and told we could only have them in a coffee cup because we weren’t eating ?!! But we spent $130 on dinner ??? Brekie was horrible not great not worth it

Front desk Lady was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was tidy, clean and well equipped. The only bad thing about our stay was the restaurant we paid $2o for a pizza and it was delivered To us black it was so burnt we couldn’t eat the crust and just picked at the middle and we had to request drinks no offer.

Impressed. Despite limitations of service due to COVID-19 (no breakfast available, limited seating options at restaurant), staff were excellent, room was functional despite its smaller size and quiet. The location is excellent with easy walking distance to domestic terminals and train. Have stayed in other hotels close to Sydney in past and other than the Pullman, the Sydney Airport Mantra was an unexpected surprise despite its compact appearance.
