Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. the only problem was a cooking oil smell in the hall on our floor as though the exhaust from a restaurant/cafe was coming in to the building.

Very centrally located unit with fabulous ocean views. Walk to cafe’s, restaurants, clubs and pubs. Beach across road and lovely beach walks. The unit was beautiful and clean with everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful at book in.

Lovely spacious unit. Spa in the main which was a real treat. Beach front, great location to access the shops, cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Three things disappointed us in an apartment of this price range: lack of a coffee machine, no salt & pepper (basics) and small cockroaches in the crockery cupboard and dishwasher. We chose Mantra Zanzibar for its location and we were happy with that.

The unit was beautiful and in a great location. We were lucky enough to be upgraded from a two bed, one bath to a three bed two bath and were very appreciative of this, however both showers still had sand on the shower floor from the previous guests which was uncomfortable.

Late check in is 6:30pm not at any other hotel I have stayed at! With 3 people checking in and one poor couples reservation was not found and they had a receipt! Customer service this day and age is paramount face to face! Room was dated and had very little ambience to it was out of fashion

Booked room on line . Checked into Lv 3 room Next to rubbish chute ( bit smelly ) . Cleaners very loud. Music loud, but would stay again . Well priced. Nice view

Perfect setting right on the beach front. Warm help staff. Comfortable beds .Unit was a little date and sadly some of the dishes and culture were still dirty . but simple fix fit run all the ones were going to use thru dishing. had problem with fridge it frozen our food they did send someone to fix but it kept on doing it. so good excuse to eat out.
