We had a seven night stay at this resort,on arrival we were given a room that was well below standard,cockroaches in room,tv not working,sent repair man and said it was too old to fix,not like the ones in other rooms, very dark with debri on balcony not cleaned, very old bed not at all happy so complained at reception, got told you get what you pay for,just disgusting,asked to be moved to another room,the resort was nearly empty as start of the Corona virus,then given another room that was lovely,bright and clean, why was a room like that even in your resort in the first place.

My wife and I tried to cancel our trip prior to departure due to COVID-19 but were told by Luxury Escapes that Peppers would not allow it. When we arrived we found out that Lime & Pepper restaurant was closed, we would have appreciated some sort of notification. The restaurant set up in the conference centre do not have the expected ambience. When ultimately we decided to return home early we were again advised by Luxury Escapes that Peppers would not give us any credit for the three nights that we forfeited. The resort itself was very good, the staff were exceptional and our apartment was comfortable. We would dearly love to return to finish our holiday at a later date but at this stage the whole experience has left us feeling disappointed.

Great spacious 2 bedroom apartment, unfortunately food was very dissappoiting, would not choose to eat the free buffet or order from the restaurant. Facilities were nice

The main reason Ive given a 5/10 is because of the renovations (wish we had been told at time of booking)Its a beautiful resort otherwise but didnt feel the 4.5 stars was warranted

With a party of nine celebrating a 60th and for most of us it was a reunion from years back, we sadly could not sit together for breakfast due to the renos. I was surprised that we only had our room serviced once and that there was only one bar open and only one person maning this swim up bar.He did a brilliant job mind you. The tranquility pool was brilliant even though it was invaded by small children (spoilt the serenity for us)Not sure about the spa bath on the balcony as no privacy screen we were in 3121. the people next door could have handed me a towel . The front door to the room really needs a clean as it had mould maybe in the middle of it (not sure) just was on eye level.The staff were pleasant enough and the establishment was central to everything.

Just what the doctor ordered. While the resort was in the process of some front of house Reno’s it was kept to a minimum for the benefit of guests. Awesome pool with beach as well as serenity pool (which we didn’t use but looked nice). Food (room service and restaurant) was outstanding. Seriously well prepared and presented. Breakfast room was impacted by Reno’s but decent buffet in a conference room. Location is fantastic and I would say is the pick of Palm Cove. Special shout out to Donna who worked tirelessly and treated my wife and I like royalty. Thank you and we will be back for sure!

1.Lack of staff on bar extremely long time to access a drink. 1 Bar opened at 11.00 and then closed at 6.00 2.Were not made aware of renovations upon booking and were unable to sit on verandah due to the level of noise. 3.In the last 2 days we did not have access to hot water in the unit. Only comment to us was this is common to building 4 and they were working on it was the only response. 4.Breakfast generally cold. Please note the staff (particularly the barman)were excellent under extremely difficult conditions.

This is the second time that I have stayed with you I was very disappointed to find out after I arrived that your dining room was closed for repairs I completely understand that this work has to be done I just think that patrons should be made aware at the time of booking. I found the temporary dining room to be awful.

The resort was beautiful, great room and grounds, well located opposite beach and near restaurants. Breakfast was ok but needed a bit more variety. Our main issue was how hit and miss the staff were...some great and others actively unhelpful. Also the system with free internet needing a new code every time you run out of data is just plain dumb especially when the “limit” is 500 mb.

We had a lovely stay in an ocean view apartment. While we enjoyed it there were a few things that need attention - there was a smoky smell throughout the apartment, it was looking a bit tired in term soft floor coverings, bathroom, kitchen and furnishings. It was also disappointing that while we were there that the restaurant and foyer were being renovated so there was lots of noise and it meant breakfast was being served in the conference room which was not a nice space to be in as there was little natural light or atmosphere. However, the service was friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of smiles and positive greetings which was lovely.
