« Amazing property and great facilities. »

Very clean property overall, the gardens are very well maintained, the room was very clean. The pool was massive with enough lounges, and grassed areas for everyone. The differing levels of water made it safe for everyone, including infants. Whilst we didnt use the spa, the aroma coming from the rooms were fantastic. The views were awesome, and location was ideal as well with public transport easily accessible. Breakfast was also great. Will definitely be back.

Nice stay. Room great, only problem was that our electronic door lock was a bit dodgy. Yummy restaurant food, although service at lunchtime was slow likely due to the small number of staff.

One bedroom apartment very disappointing for the cost. Some kitchen drawers were broken, the settee was extremely uncomfortable, no air-con unit in the bedroom so had to sleep in the front room

« Great location »

Staff were great and also the package which included daily breakfast along one nightly free drink each. The one dinner we had was fine for my wife but only fair for me. The room was good since we weren’t staying all day there, the free Wi-Fi and upgrade were well received.

It started as a weekend away for the wife's birthday then our children and grandchildren came over to lunch with Nana which pleased her and all said this is a wonderful place and we should do this again. Next time we will require 3 of the 3 bed room units. We both enjoyed our stay

« Couldn't do better. »

We had a week at Peppers. It went in a flash, and left us wanting more. My wife has a mobility scooter. And was finding it difficult to get into our room. Easy fixed. The complex's handy-man knocked up a very up-market ramp which did the job for her very well. On leaving, she left behind the scooter's seat cushion. Easy fixed. The housekeeping team posted it on and we received it the day afterwards. And did I mention how warm the pool was? We spent entirely too much time in it.

« Average stay for exorbitant prices »

For the price, I had a much higher expectation. My aircon was leaking and I was promptly moved to a nicer room, which was much appreciated. The restaurant was meadocre at best. I was diving and the opening times were at the dive check-in time - but they did send up a tray of continental breakfast - which I didn't eat much of, as most of it was dairy - not the best thing before a choppy sea trip. Apon returning from the dive my room had been serviced, but the breakfast tray was still there, I left outside my room as I was instructed, but had to remind them at checkout the next morning that it needed to be cleared. The included breakfast was nothing special. Just the usual you would expect. I have actually had better at a best western... I won't be staying again at this resort. For the prices charged and the outdated stylings in the resort rooms it would not be worth while. It is very convenient for location, but I think next time I will stay somewhere 1/4 of the price and hire a car, it will still be cheaper. I will still recommend to my guests travelling north who ask me where to stay, but will be giving them my honest opinion.

« Great place and location »

Great stay and really friendly staff. I managed to catch gastro while on the island (very end of my stay) and the staff were very understanding about my needing to stay close to a bathroom before catching the ferry and so very kindly did not charge me for a late check-out. Very grateful for the understanding, I was so unwell and it helped me a lot.
