We had a 5 night stay, in a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was great in regards to the service and accommodarion, with the exception that (due to Covid) the restaurant was closed, which made things a little more 'challenging' .....in addition, there was no servicing of the apartment, but that did not cause us any concern. However, our heartfelt thanks to Simon, Jack and Bart, for their wonderful assistance!

Nice apartment but carpets, blinds, furniture, laundry doors badly need replacing. Microwave display not functioning. Wifi not functioning.

Very pleasant two night stay at the end of August for work and a weekend in Canberra. Staff interaction limited due to virus, but apartment was lovely, very spacious and breakfast services in cafe were very nice.

Apartment was very clean and modern. Reception were helpful. We had a few issues- power outage and a leaking tap but staff fixed the issues asap. Overall our stay was satisfactory.

The apartment was good, however as a good member we were not offered any of the gold member advantages, the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations and no options available.

A lovely luxurious stay - lovely apartment with lots of space and fresh, clean design. 2 brm apartment included laundry and study facilities and parking was convenient. In a terrific area, close to the lake and NewActon cafes and restaurants. Terrific.

The apartment is well located but even though I was asked to estimate my time of arrival, there was no one manning the desk when we arrived just before 5.30pm. We had to call to summons a hotel employee. There was no offer of any of the benefits I am supposed to receive with Gold Accor membership. The restaurant was closed due to Covid which meant we had to sit outside in the cold for breakfast at a nearby cafe. The TV remote in the room didn't work & although we reported the issue nothing was done. The parking was very awkward in the building & we had difficulty accessing the apartment due to the strange key/buzzer/swipe system. There was no tea/coffee/sugar/milk in the apartment which is odd for a 4 star hotel. The mattress was not comfortable so my husband slept on the couch. Would I stay again? Maybe, due to the location but the hotel was soulless.

These extras such as coffee and tea are still available free of charge upon request. I do apologize again that this was not communicated to you and that our team did not fix the raised issue with the TV remote. After discussing this with you at check-out, I did find that the remote itself had become broken and is now replaced. I will be doing a refresher with all our team based on your feedback to ensure we can provide all guest, especially our loyalty members, with the best experience possible. We do appreciate you sharing your concerns and feedback and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future once we are fully operational again. Good location - hotel could have done better with breakfast and drinks during COVID times. Platinum accor and usually get buffet breakfast - instead mostly bars , apple as and unappetising yoghurt.

Amazing view

We spent a weekend here and wish it could have been longer. The location is fabulous and with the view, you really don't want to leave the room. When we did, we were able to walk easily around the lake and take the view in for some exercise. Very private but close to a great little coffee shop where we had many coffees whilst enjoying the room view. Very spacious apartment and comfy beds. Would certainly stay here again.

Room nice, but property is a labrynth

I stayed for one night in June 2020. The amount of walking from check-in to getting into my room was not optimal. Also, signage for guests is lacking / non-existent. My room was cold and it the directions on the thermostat seemed to have been designed my a nuclear technician. Way too complicated and not responsive. Until these changes are made, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

3 night stay, found parking a bit tricky at first but got used to accessing car. Restaurant service and staff efficient and friendly, able to cater for my gluten-free requirements once I requested it for breakfast. Room a bit on the small side compared to last Peppers hotel we stayed in. Vouchers used for Jindii spa & Poachers' Pantry which we enjoyed immensely- good service & friendly staff once again.
