Covid-19 meant a few changes but after an exhausting day at my conference I loved relaxing with my room service and wine and watching my free movie. Particularly impressed with the multitasking of front end staff - delivered my breakfast, checked me out, made me a wonderful take away coffee and got my car for me - all done with a smile.

Working in the hospitality industry cleanliness of room leaved a little to the imagination. blocked shower drain, finger nail clippings behind bedside table. Very below average evening meal, understaffed, but Fabio did a surprisingly wonderful job under the circumstances.

**Since there's no other question in this survey relating to dinner experience I am placing my comments here**. Your wine list seems quite limited and I asked for 2 different wines by the glass that were not available despite being listed in the menu. I ordered lamb shank for dinner and the lamb tasted nice but was very dry and on the flip side vegetables barely cooked at all (almost raw).

We arrived after picking my partner up from the airport he works off shore for long periods at a time After sometime we were laying on the bed as couples do being intermit when a employer barged straight in I ha e never been so embarrassed in my life and disgusted by someone. My partner went down stairs yes was angry and abrupt but why not We never received a apology until the Friday night and that was because he bought it up They then gave us breakfast for free Woopy that’s it

I stayed at the end of my trip to Australia. I wanted a base from which to see some of the sites and explore the city. And I wanted a place to relax in a little comfort. Peppers satisfied all of these. The surprise was the food. On two of the nights, of my three-night stay, I ate in-room; the meals were delicious. On top of all of this, the staff was friendly and helpful. I travel a lot and often review hotels. I can tend to give good ratings (my feeling is that if i am unhappy about something, I should talk to the people at the hotel.) But I seldom give 10s. My experience of Peppers this time was that it met or exceeded high expectations (and at a reasonable price).

I enjoyed my first stay in a Peppers. The location was fine and the staff were fine. I do have one or two comments which you might like to take on board; 1. It is unacceptable to charge a fee for using a credit card. 2. A 10am check out is again unacceptable, even though a later one might be arranged. It should be 11am at least, and preferably 12 noon. 3. You cannot have a breakfast menu (whatever the price) with: choose orange juice or apple juice choose tea or coffee choose a main course with one side dish help yourself to a pastry at the counter.

Lovely, clean, spacious room. Good location too. However, seemed to be understaffed. We ordered one small room service dessert and it took over an hour to come.. Check-out also took a long time as there was a big line up and only one person at the register.

Checked into a room that wasn’t what the picture indicated (missing sofa). Enjoyed a shower & went to get into bed to find the sheets stained & covered in hair (pictures saved if required). Spoke to the manager & he changed the room. Still seems very poor this happened with current situation the world is in, I thought clean rooms should be the standard & improved greatly atm.

My stay was pleasant. Check in and check out was great. Food was lovely. Service in the evening was a little slow. It was hard to get the attention of staff at times (and it wasn't busy).
