Always great

TripAdvisor rating 5.0/5

Always great. This is about my 4th stay. The rooms have lovely beach themed decor. The bedding and linen is great. The rooms have everything that you need including some really comfortable lounge chairs. This time around there was a show in the function room, which we attended, and it was a great night of music and dancing. We will always come back.

Extremely disappointed with there service and food; Had dinner with Orange Peels on Oysters; Ordered a Medium Rare Porterhouse steak ($50) which was flattened like a pancake for a quick cook; Had to stand up from dinner service and receive my own beverages; Woke up in morning asked to speak with manager or supervisor and advised they don’t start until 5pm; Is this place for real 😳 I’m Looking forward to departing and never returning! The “Peppers” name has been tarnished

Spacious Open Plan Room in a nice Resort

TripAdvisor rating 4.0/5

World_Traveller_838 TripAdvisor review

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We booked an Open Plan Room which is spacious, measuring 54 square metres. The room was on the ground floor in a block named "Boobialla". It had a spacious balcony that overlooked the golf course. We enjoyed our comfortable stay here. The buffet breakfast was mediocre, with very poor quality coffee that we did not consider drinkable, from a machine.

Just lovely

We really enjoyed our short stay at Peppers. We appreciate the size of the rooms and comfort, it’s ageing gracefully with beautiful outlooks onto the course offering amazing sunsets. We only had breakfast which as expected for a buffet just ok. But the grounds and room were very nice. Quiet. If you have mobility issues or lots and lots of luggage, maybe get a leer floor room as there are no lifts. And keep your luggage in the car, you drive to the accommodation.

Shame. Shame. Shame.

Is this a 1 star motel for $99 a night? Well it should be. Our room was dated, disgustingly dirty. Other than that. It was fine however I will not be returning. I want my money back and also the cleaning staff should be replaced as we paid decent money and with that comes expectations.
