Peppers Soul is a fantastic location at Surfers Paradise- basically walking distance to everything you need. The staff were extremely friendly, and we found our 3 bedroom apartment to be what our family needed. However, we did have a problem with the timing of housekeeping. We have a young family and housekeeping were arriving at approx 2 to 2.30pm to clean. This is when my 6 month old and 2.5 year old had their naps. I did mention to housekeeping the second day to make it earlier if possible (apparently housekeeping starts at 10am), yet the same thing happened the next day, and I reiterated the message. This resulted in our kids being woken up. At the end it all worked out, but this was a bit annoying for us, as our requests were ignored twice. Having said that, we would return for our next holiday. We will just have housekeeping requested at 10am at the point of check in!

Amazing location & views from the 52nd floor. You don't need a car because everything is within walking distance or you can jump on a bike! Concierge were always friendly & helpful as were the staff on reception, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel right across the road from the beach which suited our party which included young children. The room(s) are pleasant and have wonderful views of the coastline although the interior design is a bit stark if quite comfortable. The one thing that detracted from our enjoyment was the experience of checking in where the receptionist (Camille) was quite rude in the way she interacted with us. She refused to take my Accor membership number saying that was because I'd booked through Qantas (which is supposed to be a partner of Accor and my account is linked to both). She said that I should ask Qantas to tell them but Qantas said that was not possible with their system! She said I wouldn't be able to get any benefits because I hadn't booked direct with the hotel. That surprised me given the Accor/Qantas link. We also queried if we could get a room close to where my daughter was staying (arriving the next day) and she said it wasn't possible, it wasn't her fault. Fortunately we asked to speak to one of the managers and he was extremely pleasant and sorted everything out. When we arrived at our room the second bedroom and bathroom were locked and we had to wait for someone to come with a key to get in. Not a major issue but it shows a little 'slackness' in management. The housekeeping is pretty basic. Our room was never vacuumed in our 4 day stay. Essentially they just changed the towels and removed the rubbish. The restaurant/bar has great staff but the atmosphere/decor is very dull.

Simple and non-invasive. - Great Location. Housekeeping impressed the girls with the Stategic placement of their soft toys each day was worth it just for that - Concierge were prompt in arranging taxi pickups, and always courteous and helpful. Beach restaurants night clubs and grocery shopping all within walking distance. Was our second stay and will stay again.

Einfach ein super Hotel. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Einmal über die Straße und man ist am Strand oder den Eingang raus und man ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Natürlich gilt auch hier, je höher man ist desto besser ist die Aussicht.
