Room was nice but you put an (Accor Platinum member) in a room directly under the gym?? Help a brother out. That wasn’t pleasant after 9pm and at 6am. Pool great, pool furniture ripped and stained and unfortunately with nearly all the residents above having their clothes airers on balcony looked like a bit of a shanty town. Won’t stay again.

Our 3rd visit in the last 18 months. From the friendly staff to the spacious modern rooms always exceeded our expectations. Facilities are great with the Longest pool in Brisbane and a well appointed gym.

Not sure where to write this but we arrived, unpacked, went and bought a late lunch and brought it back to our room to eat thinking we had plates and cutlery in our room only to find a note in the cutlery drawer explaining we needed to ask reception for said items, just found that a little strange and inconvenient as the rooms are fitted out with a cooking appliance and sink.

Great stay at the Johnson, lovely welcome at reception, room large and bright with natural light. High attention to detail with house keeping, and lovely welcome gift in the room. Carparking cost reasonable, struggled to fit my 4wd in small bays but it is possible. Ideal city location to pop out to suburbs but also 5mins in Uber to CBD or a short walk.

This is the second time we have stayed but was really disappointed! We checked in about 2:30pm and our room wasn’t ready. So inconvenient and I have to young girls.

fine - nothing special, the room was adequate, the roof area was very tatty and lights weren't working which was annoying at night.. barely saw a member of staff as the hotel was extremely quiet and staff seemed to always be in the backroom and not at the reception? some major confusion with reception staff and trying to understand if the art series group are still asssociated with priority guest rewards scheme or not?

Our room was massive compared to other hotel accommodation, the beds were the most comfortable bed al 4 of us had ever slept on. The pool and surroundings fabulous for relaxing.
