This is our favourite hotel in Melbourne - we have been coming here since it opened but with each visit the service gets worse. It is very disappointing.

Overall it was good but i think you should have offered a discount when you stopped servicing rooms due to Covid. I have heard other hotels have offered a discount / refund of 20% if they were not able to service the room. This impacted us for 3 nights of our 4 night stay

Disappointing. I was not provided with the room configuration that I had requested on a number of occasions, meaning that my son ended-up sleeping on a stretcher bed in the lounge-room. for the entire stay at the hotel. On check-in requested an iron for the room which did not arrive. Only had room cleaned once during 4 x day stay.

Room was amazing but everything else was poor. Service was terrible and everyone was quite rude and didn’t really care about us at all. Spa on the roof wasn’t working and no one knew how to work it and no one cared that it didn’t work

A nice hotel, quiet, clean, good service. However I do not understand why our studio suite had no usb plugs. This is a big omission in this day and age.
