The apartment general cleanliness was poor. Specifically the Air Conditioning system was filthy, musty and not operating well with some rooms with no ventilation, and other rooms freezing.. The air vents upon adjusting were found to be filthy/dusty, and the overall system was not operating well. Living Room furnishings were badly in need of a steam clean and my family and I didnt feel comfortable walking on rugs and other surfaces without some slippers. Building Lift was also in poor overall condition, looked very tardy and in need of a good steam clean / spit and polish. Master Bathroom did not have a standard height shower... It was only fitted with a spa-bath, and added shower rose suitable for someone of short stature i.e. less than 140cm in height. Furthermore you had to straddle a very large spa bath height/width to get in to have a shower. Was incredibly dangerous and slip and fall was likely as there were no grab holds or other way to get into the Spa/Shower. (Safety here a big issue if you were to slip or were incapacitated in any way). Otherwise the general condition of the apartment was ok. Location was super convenient to the esplanade at Mooloolaba. BBQ facilities were good. Pool was clean and car-parking worked well. Staff were friendly. Overall rating due to Aircon and cleanliness is a 4/ 10

Very overpriced, dirty, outdated - not value for money. A/C's not working in all rooms and mouldy.

For nearly $1000 per night you are given 3 thin garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 dishwashing tablets. Beds outdated, lumpy, a small queen and uncomfortable. When we asked for a mattress topper, reception advised housekeeping was too busy to make up our bed for us so they left the topper beside the bed for us to make. After showing my dissatisfaction, they relented but we weren't eligible for new sheets as we were only staying 6 nights not 7. Ridiculous customer service, I don't think they realise what other hotels do for $1000 per night. The A/C was freezing in my daughter's room and non existent in the main bedroom and mouldy. Basically you're paying for the location, which is naturally given as you are right on the beach. Yes they have Foxtel but no streaming devices plus you have to pay for Wifi as not unlimited.

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas. We arrived late and late arrival details were thorough. Staff were great the next morning and our room was fantastic. A 2 br executive suite on the 8th floor. Location is fantastic close to shops, restaurants and of course the beach.

You can't beat this location! Spectacular water views! Large units with full kitchen! Restaurants and boutiques located underneath the resort. Heated pool and spa. Short 2 minute stroll to the patrolled beach. Included secure underground parking.

Awesome location with beautiful ocean views, heaps of cafes and restaurants. Spacious, clean apartment We always keep coming back to sirocco Everything is within walking distance and beautiful safe beach directly opposite.
