Reception staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel is centrally located in the town centre without being noisy. Our room was a little snug around the bedroom area but the bathroom area was a more generous size. We found the room deodorising used was a little overpowering for us so maybe something to look at if others also make similar comments. The Underground parking was also helpful.

As above. I arrived loaded with many bags,the staff immediately got a trolley and lifted all baggage on to it Took it up stairs and unloaded all from the trolley and came back after breakfast and took the trolley down to my car and repacked the car. I was most grateful for the help.

Return visit, a great location with most things in walking distance. Friendly staff and good service. The view was amazing, especially of the sunset. Excellent value for the price. Has everything you need. Bar staff very engaging. Easy parking.

We stayed for four nights at this hotel for the second time. Our last stay was in December 2020. We came back to stay for a short break as had an excellent stay before. We had the same excellent experience this time too. Hospitality, COVID protocols, cleanliness, services, quality of rooms and food were of the highest order and above all the hotel staff members were great. We’ll be back again soon.

Conveniently located and very clean hotel. Overall our stay was good. There were some very irritating and illogical things - dinner at the hotel was only available as fixed menu with exorbitant pricing. Fixed menu leads to over eating or wastage of food. Secondly, prepaid breakfast didn't include normal tea but included fruit juice! Poached eggs on toast actually means a single egg despite the use of plural. In summary, the food on offer was exorbitantly priced, very limited choice, no flexibility. Otherwise the hotel itself is excellent.

This was the perfect room for the modern corporate traveller, the facilities in the room were perfect, easy accessible power points (with USB outlets) near bed for device charging, see through fridge (so you don't forget anything) and a super comfy bed.

Food in restaurant was expensive and not generous. We were forgotten. Had to ask for dessert to be delivered. I am a Silver Accor Plus member and discount on meal not provided. Breakfast was again not generous. Average food. Staff in bar and restaurant were pleasant though.

We chose to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary and had booked the celebration package. When we checked in we were told we had a number of inclusions, however these would not be ready until after 5pm. The room, although beautifully appointed was lacking in toiletries and sugar/tea. Also only had two towels. We received the wine and sparse platter, but were given no information on our included cocktails, which we never received, or breakfast. When we awoke the next morning and rang to reception regarding our ‘room service’ breakfast we were told we had to be downstairs at the restaurant in five minutes. After breakfast we couldn’t get back into our room as the late checkout had not been configured to the room key. Although it is a fantastic location, the lack of communication and attention to detail regarding the inclusions was very surprising. Being put in the position of repeatedly having to ask for things makes you feel troublesome and a bother, not like a guest at all. Not the relaxing and luxurious stay we had planned.

Room was brand new, very luxurious, contained everything I needed and located close to all Albury has to offer. Family circumstances cut my trip short and I was given a refund without even asking.

For a relatively new property the decor was really old style. The room was long and narrow and they used way too many dark colours. It felt like I was in the 80’s! Bed was really comfy, bathroom excellent!
