Clean, neat with friendly staff. Pillows were very comfortable. Amazing breakfast with plenty of variety. Chef always checking food is refilled. Staff at breakfast very friendly and always busy tidying to ensure cleanliness. It would be helpful if there's a restaurant in the hotel for the guests. Most of the businesses in the area seems to have closed down. The area outside the hotel looks scruffy and rundown. Soap provided is dove, which is my brand.

This hotel is modern and new offers free breakfast and the reception staff are very helpful. Only 15 minutes walk to most of the attractions. Theirs two supermarkets nearby and the Greek chain Everest cafe is open 24/7 also nearby is Attika Aptonoieia another greek cafe. The metro is just a 4/5 minutes walk from the hotel. I would like the hotel to put provide a free shuttle service to Paralia EDEM beach which is just 4/5 km away from the hotel.

Little more effort.... Please !

First time staying in this hotel and the impression was pretty good. It needs a little more effort for some small things. A big thanks to the very professional receptionist Erika. Fun experience using the car parking.

Although I have never held a loyalty number, I have always patronized Accor Group of hotels over the last 40 years mainly because of the strong brand name and safety and consistency associated with it. In general the staff is rude and literally snaps at you if you have to ask any questions. God help you if u ask an extra question !! Somehow this place is different when compared to the other accor hotels in Europe probably because the staff is out of control and mismanaged. There was no manager around so the staff can do as they please. Every place worthy of mention is a good 30 min walk from this hotel. The city centre is SYNATAGMA which is also 30 min by walk. taxis are difficult to hail unless u use the uber app. There aren't many restaurants and cafes nearby and the hotel does not have any restaurant so you have to walk quite a bit for even a coffee. Another serious problem is that this in a secluded area / street so after a late night the street is deserted so you should prefer to come back to your room by a cab unless your willing to take on a mugger enroute. There are few convivence stores across the street so getting some essentials is no problem. The staff suggested that we drink the tap water but we bought bottle water which is inexpensive at 0.5E per 2L. the rooms are quiet , spacious and clean. The toilets are also quite good. I had a terrible experience yesterday and felt insulted. I had booked a 3 island tour as a VIP guest for the 8th of OCT 2022 and the pick up was scheduled for 7.20AM. The receptionist volunteered that he would pack a breakfast box for us as it might be early for us to us. I thanked him and appreciated his hospitality. I was ready by 7AM and since the breakfast was open I helped myself for a coffee and asked the waitress if she had packed some salad in my breakfast box. she said "no" because there was no space. I told her no problem and since my wife is used to starting with a salad she went to the breakfast area and took a little salad. even before i could finish my coffee and even before she could eat the salad the bus arrived and we had to leave. When we came to pick the breakfast box the receptionist refused to give us the already packed breakfast box. when I asked him he says "u both already had breakfast" I explained him patiently that we did not have breakfast. he then said that hotel policy is that breakfast box will be give if you leave before the breakfast opens i.e 7AM but if you leave after 7AM you will not get a breakfast box. This sort of behavior is absurd ; insulting guests in front of other guests and Accor should screen and traine candidates before inducting. Firstly we never asked for breakfast box. It was offered to us and the time was 7.20AM and hence the argument never hold. who cares about the stupid a boiled egg, a muffins, and a croissants!!!???? This much food we throw away or feed our homeless!! Did he put the food back into the breakfast buffet trays after he left ??? inspite of all this development if there is no humanitarian concern for guest how can you improve as a hotel chain ?? Is this not insulting and pathetic ??? I hope somebody from the top management will see my post and some right full action will be taken if not these guys here will ruin the name of this elite franchise. All in all its really not worth it for the price to deal with bad location and the rude staff especially when your on vacation.
