We LOVED this hotel. Fantastic rooms, comfy beds, amazing service from very friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast, beautiful hotel design, excellent location. Couldn’t fault it. Some more chairs by the pool would be good, and it’s a very small pool, the only downside. But we loved it and will stay again for sure.

Stayed over the festive season for 7 nights. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. My room was a large deluxe room. It was very clean and comfortable. For the price that I had paid the room was perfect. Bed comfortable. My one complaint was the restaurant had no adequate food to offer. When I did attempt to order food they had sold out of food. Limited food options. Burger and chips mainly on offer. Popcorn chicken sold out. Not much else to offer. Certainly nothing healthy. I stayed from 23.12.22-1.1.23

None of the rooms have a bath tub. Room service poor. Reception staff don’t seam to care at all. I had an issue with a stain on the floor and bed and they didn’t help at all. Windows don’t open. Poor bar was always shut. Stains on the floor and bed sheets. The lift doesn’t scan your key card properly so you spend ages in the lift trying to scan it for the lift to move.

I stayed at the Adnate on a business trip for one night in Jan 2023. The decision was made because I like their sister hotel the Como in Melbourne, which I’ve stayed at many times. As a building, the rooms, reception etc it’s decent enough in a bland way. Neither offensive or amazing, typical big modern hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. However one thing I did find pretty poor was the food situation. I checked into the hotel late, about 10.30pm, I was hungry but there was no room service available at all. Most 4/5 star hotels have a basic night menu with sandwiches etc but not the Adnate. However what was doubly crap was that the room mini bar was totally empty, so no nuts, crisps, chocolate bar etc. I phoned reception but nothing could be done. The next day I went for breakfast in the hotel which as a seasoned traveller who stays in many hotels around the world wasn’t great, much worse The Como. So overall, not impressed. I hope someone at The Adnate reads this review and takes on board my comments

Funky new hotel, couple of tweaks needed

We stayed at Adnate for two nights in late December. We booked a deluxe room as Accor gold members - it was much bigger than we expected which was a lovely surprise. We also received two free welcome drinks and a late check out of 1pm through the loyalty program. which was fantastic. Everything was new, nicely styled and well maintained. We were really frustrated by a couple of things though - like the poolside bar being closed until 4pm! A busy summers day and everyone walked in looking for a drink. They don’t stock your mini bars either, so you can’t even BYO a coke. Opening this all day on summer would massively increase the vibe and enjoyment. Room service also attended to our room quite late on the day, despite requesting service at 1pm when we returned from lunch to find it not yet done. Recommend skipping the breakfast buffet ($~30 pp & v limited - no bacon or hashbrowns!) go somewhere near by like Tisch instead. Parking next door was super easy - get staff to validate your ticket to pay a daily rate to the hotel ($25). Then you can come and go as you please for no extra cost. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was stylish and exceptional value - a couple of small tweaks would lift it to the next level
