Our stay was pleasantly well. Unfortunately it was just one night. The room was good. The bed was extremely pleasant. However, the TV was too old for a hotel this category. The experience at the restaurant was great especially the waiters. All the people at the hotel were very kind with us.

Lovely room - large with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food quite exceptional for a hotel restaurant. Bar service was also excellent - the bartender can mix a mean Negroni! The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was its location which in the "Embassy district", wasn't really suitable for tourists. Virtually no shops, minimal restaurants and a long way in terribly congested traffic to either the old town or Miaflores district..

Service was great as usual but a loud noice from the building next door was very unpleasant specially at night time. Electrogen equipment was the explanation yet it was very noisy and I had not experienced during my previous stays with you at the same hotel. It is something to reconsider because I had trouble sleeping and had to work the next mornings.

It was exactly what someone would expect. The only thing that was terribly unconfortable was that the reception had constantly an excess of fragance. This wasnt just normal ambient fragance, this was annoying. I dont know why this could be necessary since in almost any hotel you will have this amount of fragance.

« Loud music playing from 6am - 12 midnight »

Stayed in Peru for 13 days at 4 hotels and with Pullman being the most expensive and highest end, but I ended up with the worst sleep out of the 4 because of loud party-type music playing somewhere in the Hotel straight from 6am-12midnight which I could hear the music and bass in my room (200s section). For such a high end and expensive hotel I expect to be able to sleep at night. Only reason why I don't give it 1 star is because the staff put in good effort to try to find the source of the music and lower it but that only decreased the noisiness instead of solving it.
